Told me to call police. I called them because I did NOT want to call police.. when I made it clear to them I did not want to call police. Still, they insisted I call the police because there was not enough staff.

If you ever get mike for your crisis response helper he will do you no good. This place is a joke honestly I can’t get any help from here nothing I can do they tell me I’m leaving I’m letting them take control good luck with my daughter bye-bye losers losers terrible terrible people

They should not receive a DIME of taxpayer money. Cant even respond to a crisis.

Have had two experiences. My child was seen in ER during a crisis. The person was ok. They told me next time I don’t have to take our child to the ER I can just come to the Crisis center or call. Well come next time I call and we are in the same situation and nothing is working and it has been hours. We don’t know what to do. We call crisis to check if it’s ok to bring our Our child in (Not sure rules to follow with ever changing covid). The person on the phone was HORRIBLE!!! Basically said to me why the heck are you calling us in not so many words. Made a parent who is beyond hopeless feel more hopeless for themselves and their child who is struggling so bad. Not sure what they do here but help people must not be one of them. All they did was make us more hopeless for our situation and our child’s. Also, made it so when this happens again (And it will) there is no reason to reach out to crisis again. They won’t help.

ABSOLUTELY AWFUL!!!! A close family member was told by a local hospital in Kennewick to call here & ask for the to do a crisis evaluation. He called & they told him that they don’t do anything like that. WHY IS IT SO HARD TO G HELP WHEN SOMEBODY NEEDS IT?! & if y’all don’t do things like this here then WHY NOT RECOMMEND a place that does?!

Simon is awsome. I was at a very low point in my life and Simon, along with my dr.’s, gave me hope. That is something I hadn’t had in over 10 years. He took the time to listen and gave me ideas about how I could feel better. He made me feel valued. After getting off the phone with him I had more than a glimmer of hope and was looking forward to things for the first time in a long time. THANK YOU SIMON!!!!!!!!!!!!

Only got help once in the ER, does not report abuse, often wait times are long to see someone.

Called crisis for help. They told me to call the cops. Called the cops, they said call crisis. Nobody wants to help. The only way theyd be willing to help is if youre already hanging by a noose

I went in at two in the morning, I was the only patient (besides my mother who drove me) and the lady, had gotten ‘frustrated’ because I did not want to talk. But how would you want to talk if their in your face with the rudest tone. She then asked me “can you go home”. I snapped back and responded “my bad I didn’t know you had ten other patients, and I’m clearly wasting your time” Don’t waste your time coming here!!!!!!! They don’t have the training for this. They couldn’t care less about your mental health.

Very unhelpful. Had to wait long time and when they did get to me they only made the situation worse. I was even screamed at and threatened well having a panic attack.

They dont have a clue!!!!
