This is the best investment a family can do for a child. This has been such a rewarding life experience for both of my boys ages 20 & 6. This experience gave him mental focus towards his career as a former Marine. My 6 year old loves learning and looks forward to going to class. The Sensei’s are caring, dedicated and motivating!

I hated this place so much, it is something that takes a reasonably big part in why my mental health is very bad and ruined.

All jokes aside, I cant say enough good things about Tri-City Judo/BJJ and the positive impact it has had on my life . I was always nervous to walk into a martial arts school as a complete beginner but I felt welcome here from the very first class I attended. They helped me understand the fundamentals when I first joined and now 18 months later and I am still there 4 days a week. The instructors are world class and the camaraderie between the members is unlike anything Ive ever experienced elsewhere. I wish I would have joined sooner. Dont hesitate to come in and try it out for a week. Get after it!

Tri City Judo/BJJ is an amazing gym with world class instructors and friendly members. I have trained at this gym since August of 2014 and it has helped change my life for the better. Since I began training here I have lost over 60 pounds, won multiple competitions in BJJ, and have met some amazing people and friends. This gym is great for all kinds of people and they will help you reach your goals. Whether you are a fierce competitor or hobbyist, TCJ/BJJ will help push you to become the best you can be. The instructors and teammates are all very supportive and sacrifice a lot of there time out side of classes to attend competitions. The gym is very friendly and inclusive for new members.

The whole atmosphere is an awesome experience. I have even started training because its so motivating.There is a place for you no matter your skill level.

Tri city Judo BJJ is awesome ! My 7year old son has been going there for over a year now and not only has he learned a handful of skills but also the amount of discipline he’s gained from his Sensi s has helped tremendously overall. We started this for basic self defense but ended up loving it so much he started to compete in tournaments! They are very professional, patient, knowledgeable, and proficient! As a parents I feel it is the best investment We have made for our kids

High Caliber Judo and Jiujitsu and awesome volunteers for kids classes. Recreational and Competitive members is about equal. Jiujitsu is taught by a Ralph Gracie black belt from San Francisco who is also a phenomenal tattoo artist Joey Armstrong. Zach Borisch,Randy Hirano, Neal Hara all Judo black belts as well as Gym owner/Head judo instructor Robert Borisch.

This is the 2nd martial arts school i have trained at. Im so glad that i found this gym and group of people. I have learned so much in the last couple years. The gym is a good size with high quality mats and clean training area. The people are dedicated, hard working, respectful individuals. The class times are perfect for me who works the standard 8-5 job. All the instructors are top notch with verifiable lineage. If you are interested in judo and/or jiu jitsu you cant go wrong, and should try both. Each class has a distinct style and benefits. This gym produces high quality competitors. Very good price for the amount of training and high level of instruction available. Definitely the best in the Tri Cities.

Great dojo to take your kiddos too. The instructors are very professional. I know first hand! My son Rome went to the Junior Olympics for Judo and placed third this year! He’s ranked 8th in the nation. Couldn’t be happier! Thank you the Sensei Robert Borisch and Sensei Zach Borisch for all your time and effort put into all the kids! Great program! Love this place! Ive learned so much about Judo and Jiu Jitsu from the instructors here. They even offer private lessons in both Judo and Jiu Jitsu. Joey Armstrong is a BJJ black belt Professor (under Ralph Gracie) who is a true professional Jiu Jitsu practitioner and teacher. The owner Robert Borisch is dedicated to teaching authentic Judo, he specializes in Kosen and Kodokan Judo and has many students competing at a high level. His son Zack Borisch is an amazing Judo practitioner who has competed and won in Judo competitions all around the world with team USA.

Top notch instruction with instructors and coaches that have extensive competition experience.
