Didnt get my package due to not being able to access my location, is a lie! I waited all afternoon, there was nobody that was here to even block access to driveway!! Said they would attempt delivery the next day, no attempt was ever made, I had to call Amazon and the USPS customer service, and they showed no attempt was made the following day like they said. She had to put in a request to have it redelivered. This is unacceptable and not the only time it has happened !! This postal service had gone downhill, they dont care about customers like they used to!!

For the last year USPS has mishandled, broken, torn, damaged my packages coming through Amazon. Im convinced who delivers my mail must hate me.At first I thought it was a one time thing or maybe the carrier was a different person but no without a doubt the same USPS worker has been doing this once a week for the last year. I have lived at my address for two years now.PS my Harry Potter game inside thankful wasnt broken like the last cd case I bought

Got a message stating that my package could not get delivered because my front door was not accessible. I don’t think they even looked! It is accessible! I’ve had it shoveled and also spread some ice melt down. Can’t contact customer service, it’s all automated. Not happy with them.

The post office carrier has not been delivering my packages to my front door but yet the carrier is reporting that they have been delivered total lie.

Two women working at 3:06PM on Tuesday the 21st of April 2020, refused to provide me a piece of tape to ensure my label was securely attached onto the package I was shipping. I needed a 4 inch strip of clear tape and they joyfully told me there wasnt any tape unless I paid for it... USPS isnt struggling to compete because the government isnt bailing them out. Its struggling because of unusual customer service practices such as this.

Weve had a couple of post boxes here for several years. Its always the most polite place in town - not just the employees, but those who come in to send or receive mail, too. Always a nice moment in the day!

My carrier continues to put broken keys in my mail box and then I can’t get my packages. Then you can’t get anyone to come fix the problem.

Not sure if its the office here or in pasco but anyway just today my neighbor brought over a package that was left at their doorstep with our address on it. Luckily it was just next door, but this is the third time that something like this has happened. The first time was i noticed that the neighbors mail was mixed up with ours and returned it. The second time a package got left at our house from an address on the other side of town. Whether its the facility in kennewick or pasco yall gotta get this properly sorted.

Looks like once AGAIN Im not getting my package that Im supposed to get today. Says its been out for delivery since this morning and the mailman has already been by! This has happened a few times now. Will update if I get it.

21st century shipping ran by the government will always be behind. However good government employee, “customer service” combined with competitive shipping cost should be attractive. Too bad none of that can be found at this location. I’ve used USPS before in the past never had an issue. But today I rode 25mins across town on my motorcycle to ship something in a small box, which I provided, as-well as the shipping label I printed off, however I failed to bring tape. The gal refused to tape my box or let me use one of theirs...So the cost to ship something is the same as a new roll of tape they sell at the counter or go somewhere else where they don’t think twice about helping me out...

I have been fortunate and always had good customer service at this location, while there usually is a bit of a wait I dont mind.

Worst customer service Ive ever had as far as the post offices Ive ever been to. My second time coming and I feel like an annoyance to the worker who first helped me when I went there the first time. Id rather go all the way go the post office in Pasco, theyve had given me better service in all the times Ive been there.

Rude staff I went in today and the employee was extremly rude my daughter whos 11 asked why the employee was yelling at me! Do yourself a favor and avoid going here. Try mail n stuff by walamart not to far away and they are always friendly and helpful.

What a joke the mailman is who decides that a name has to match one that regularly gets mail to be delivered. He makes himself a bigger joke when he just won’t bother delivering a package saying the person wasn’t there, when they were and being blatantly rude and lazy.

Package mysteriously hasnt Been delivered while its been out for delivery all day today. Now I have to wait thru the weekend when I should have it. Smh so many times this happened.
