No updated hours on their website or facebook. Went to the store and they had a sign saying their winter hours were noon-4pm. Waited 20min for them to open and they never did. Tried calling and it went straight to a message saying their voicemail is basically out of service. So much time wasted in a place I had high hope for.

Dropped off a pair of boots to be resoled almost two years ago for work.The owner just called my husband to pick them up and started speaking down to him when he explained that we no longer even live in the state.She yelled, “I should’ve charged you when you dropped them off! Don’t you ever come in here again!”Maybe they should’ve returned them sooner? Seriously? Wow.

My dog chewed up my high heels so I went in to get them fixed. I was leaving for a business trip so I had to get them fixed before the trip, I went in asking if she can get it done by my time line, this was on Thursday, I was asking her if she would have t done by Tuesday. She said it was plenty of time. I come back on Tuesday, her mom is working in the shop and she had a dog and baby there. I ask about my shoes she says it’s not done and that he owner is at court fight for child custody while her mom is at the shop working for her with the 4 year old and a dog(her mom also proceeded to tell me she doesn’t work here)... she than says she can give me a refund..... it’s not about the money for me. It’s about running a business. You promise your customer to get it done by a certain date, and you get it done. That’s the end of it. I came to pick them up at 4:30 and I was leaving for the trip the next morning at 6 am so there was no time at all to get those shoes into another repair shop. The end story is this is NOT a legit business and I would NEVER recommend this local repair shop to anyone. And more than that I will tell my experience with this shop to everyone. ( don’t get me wrong I get things happen and life Doesn’t always go they way you want it to, but when you let personal issues effect your business that’s where a drew a line) she should hire actually staff if they want to keep the business going. So Now I am going to a business trip with out my walking high heels and possibly need to buy new shoes. I seriously have never felt so defeated and helpless in my life.

It seems to depend on who you talk to at the buisness if you get good customer service or not. My first experience wasnt the best. I felt like I had to buy something to be in the store. But, the rest of the time Ive had a great experience! Im a beginner at leather craft with dreams to make my own chaps and holster. They were willing to answer all of my questions, gave me some tips/lessons about leather, tooling, dyes, and paints. I was very impressed. My words dont even describe the night and day difference between those visits.

It is the best place for the best boots and service. I finally found a place that does for me what I cant do. The two girls that were running this place are better at it than anyone I know. They cant be beat! :-)

Friendly fast and great work . I took a purse there to have the strap adjusted. Looks great.

Would do less than 1 star if I could. I had my boots there for more than 8 weeks. I stopped by to check on them at 4 weeks and they hadnt been touched. I went back 4 weeks later and the were hidden under a pile of other boots and still had not been worked on. I am not sure what the owners circumstances are...but I wont be back. :(

Sorry but this establishment is not that good. In December I dropped off a pair of boots for repairs. I was told late January or early in February for estimated pick up date. I forgot about them called in late February, I was told that the weather delayed them and they aren’t done...but they will be done in 2 weeks...called again April 9th, still not done. Now it’s a machine that broke down. I understand things happen but this is just not good enough for me to trust. Picked my boots up, hope I’ll have more luck elsewhere.

Anyplace else has to be better!! If I could give one star I would. I dropped my boots off over 2 weeks ago, with the verbal agreement that it would take less than a week to complete, (simply replacing the plastic end cap on both pairs). I called last week and the old lady that works there was rude, and even with my ticket number could not locate my boots. Then I called back yesterday to the same tune. I called back today, the old lady was extremely rude and still couldnt find my shoes with my ticket number (pretty unorganized if you ask me), then lo and behold.... THEY HAVENT EVEN STARTED THEM!!!! And apparently their shoe person wont be in till Friday so I couldnt even get an estimation of how long it would take if I chose to leave them there. I will not have them fix the shoes, and I would not suggest them to anyone.

Good selection of leatherworking tools. Reasonable prices, same as the online Tandy leather website prices, but you dont have to pay shipping. Staff was friendly and helpful.

This business deserves a great review. They know how to treat customers and get a job done right. They went out of their way to help me figure out two leather projects, and simply earned my business for future jobs. The trip from Richland is well worth it! JC

Sorry to say that the boot business has gone away. The daughter has taken on the job, but for the first time in 20 years, there was a problem with the sole. The wife said they dont guarantee the sole will stay on. for $160 they should stand by their product. Now she says for $25 down, she can ship them off to another company that will let us know if they can fix the boots. The husband passed away this spring ( really sorry to hear this) and she said she was going to continue even if she had to take all the equipment home. If she keeps up her quality customer care, she may wind up there at home with her equipment

The last time I will go there! Took my boots in for polish & waterproofing. Was given a tag & told theyd be ready in 2 weeks on Saturday. My Dad went in the Tues after to pick them up for me :& she couldnt find them...? I went in 2 days later, found them myself (tag missing on them) & she hadnt even started on them!?! Poor business!

Id been here before a couple of years ago and their customer service has done a 180. I was helped immediately and the young lady was very helpful and informative to what I should buy.

Wish I could give them zero stars! Horrible customer service. Was in the middle of talking to them about a boot and they literally walked away from me when I was talking. Very cranky people! Sure they will be out of business in no time. I will drive 3 hours to Spokane to the Whites boot store to have better customer service then buy here.

I left 3 pairs of shoes to get heels repaired. Shoes werent fixed after 3 weeks and when I picked them up because I was tired of waiting, they had just been thrown in a pile of shoes. Employee had to dig through the pile to find them which seemed like a huge hassle to do because they were very rude about it and the shoes didnt even have return ticket attached to them. I was very disappointed in the way I was treated and how my shoes were treated. I will be taking my shoes someplace else.

Wasted an hour coming over here because she couldnt be bothered to walk 5 feet to see if they had the rivets I needed. i can get better cstoner service from walmart.

They are busy most the time-so if you know what you need they are a great help, and if you are unsure of what you need they will help you decide.

Staff was friendly and very helpful. Knowledgeable about the products.

Walked in with some boots (after trying 3 times to catch the business when they were not out on a break) and was turned away by a grumpy man. He said maybe he would take shoe repairs in a month or so. Not helpful at all.
