Great service! The staff are always very helpful over the phone and in person, and if they’re not available to come out in person to assess the situation, you can email them visuals and they’ll promptly respond. Never having had a pool before, Andres came out two days in a row to walk us through how to clean and maintain the pool and did not pressure us into purchasing any extra supplies. Highly recommend!!

Excellent service from these guys. I asked them to start up and service a pool in a home I was selling, They did everything needed up until we discovered a tear in the liner. They saved the equipment and winterized the pool for me, got me a quote for the liner, and provided a letter stating that all the equipment was functional at the time of winterization. They really took a lot of the stress out of dealing with this pool to prep the house for sale.

Worst service from a pool company in the tricities out of three Ive tried. Promise to return calls within 2 days, and then repeatedly (over 5 weeks!) have to call them after hearing nothing for days (see other reviews). In the end they confused my order, charged me $500 above quote, and then said they actually had received the wrong parts and would need more time. Ultimately they gave me a 10% discount on a new device. That was nice, but Im never going back because other friends said they had the same experience. This seems like it wasnt an exception, but rather business as usual. Thanks for the discount Mirage, but I hope you can get on top of your poor customer service. If you can, I may return because the prices are reasonable (when they dont accidentally overcharge). Guess you get what you pay for. Wonder if Ill get another meaningless apology in reply to this, or an excuse that my experience wasnt how I described...

Feel ripped off! I bought some parts for my filter system yesterday. They cost me $135.59. I went to put them into the filter and they did not fit. I brought them back today to get the right parts. The repair would be pretty big so I asked for a refund of the parts I bought yesterday. I was told that there was some lube on the parts, and they could not be returned. Andres the clerk/manager was pretty happy about it. Ill never go there for anything or recommend anybody do business there either. I just left the parts because I cant use them for anything I have. Sorry I stepped in the place.

Capacitor on my pool pump failed on a Sunday afternoon in the middle of summer. None of the local electrical supply houses were open, and Mirage was the only pool store in Tri Cities open on Sundays. Thanks to Mirage, I was able to get my pool back up and running in a few hours.

Love this place! Purchased a hot tub from them and they have always had great customer service. Today I helping a friend with a pool issue as they were on vacation and mirage came to the rescue. While my friend was out of town their pump lost power and the pool turned green. Called thinking I needed some powder shock treatment and the young lady recommended liquid chlorine, told her the dimensions of the pool and she calculated the volume of water and told me the amount of product I needed to remedy the situation. Within about fifteen minutes my friends pool went from Shreck to almost clear. Thanks for the help!

I bought my hot tub from Mirage almost 8 years ago. In that time I have had 3 different issues with the hot tub and every time the service has been great. Every time I stop by the showroom for supplies, I just tell them what I need and they are on it. One of the few shops I can go to without my blood pressure rising. Thanks folks.

Horrible customer service!! I was referred to Mirage by a co-worker who raved about their services for opening a pool. What I observed was something far below acceptable. Workers broke the hose bib and owner CHAD, refused to take responsibility for there actions. Asked CHAD to come out and see the problem and he refused stating he was not going to fix the hose bib that his “guys” said was already broke. ... (hmmmmm, they acknowledged that it was not broke when they arrived but said it was when they left). I would recommend going with another company that has some integrity. They totally lost my business !!

My husband and I recently purchased a Jacuzzi Hot Tub from Mirage Pool and Spa. I want to give a huge Thank you to Chad, Lacy, Lance, and the rest of the staff at Mirage Pool and Spa for everything they did. They were very fair in pricing. From start to finish they were very helpful and informative. They went above and beyond to make sure that we were satisfied. We have had many hours of enjoyment in the few short weeks that weve had it.When we made the initial decision to purchase one, I wasnt sure how much it would get used. Im certain Ive used it the most. Ive had trouble sleeping for years and have struggled with joint and muscle pain. Im amazed at how much better I sleep when I spend time sitting in our hot tub in the evening before bed. Im addicted! The total relaxation and soothing tight muscles has been immeasurable! I would Highly recommend to anyone. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!

Chad, Lance and Lacey have been great! Weve had a great experience so far as their team provides our annual maintenance (open, closing, etc.) We worked with Lacey on a liner replacement and it was installed yesterday by their installer and team (Shawn & Jordan) and it turned out great! We cant wait to enjoy the pool this summer.

First time pool ownerThe guys at Mirage have been more than great to me! Theres always plenty of staff, and Ive never waited more than 2-3 minutes to be helped. I previously went to Leisure (used by the previous owners of my home). They were super nice, but continually recommended I buy more and more chemicals to mitigate my water issue and after about 2 months and $600+ later I was still unable to get my water right to use my pool. I stopped into Mirage to simply pick up a product I needed (with no intention to use their services) and was greeted by Andres. He asked me why I needed the product and what was going on with my pool. I quickly summed up all of the treatments I had done (and how much money I have spent, yet was still unable to actually use my pool) per the instructions of the pool company I was using. He immediately told me it sounded like I had old water and probably needed to drain and start over (which Leisure never tested). He asked if I could bring him a water sample to confirm the issue and ......viola!! His recommendation was spot-on and maintaining my pool has been a breeze with his guidance. I also used Mirage to close my pool that winter and I asked if they would show me how so I can do it myself the next year and they had no problem walking me through the whole process. Many times while Ive been in the store I have heard them tell other customers New water is cheaper than chemicals. In my experience I have found they would rather be honest to solve a problem and educate you, than have you spend extra money just to generate sales in their store. To anyone who is considering using them, see Andres! He is always my go-to whenever I need anything.

We purchased our Dimension One spa from Mirage almost 10 years ago. We met Lance during a Home and Garden Show and immediately fell in love with the Amore hot tub. Not wanting us to experience any buyers remorse, Lance encouraged us to bring the kids to the shop after hours to try the hot tub before we bought it and make sure it was the right one for our family. Nearly 10 years later, its still the perfect hot tub for us, and Lance still calls us by our names when we swing by the shop to purchase chemicals!! Best customer service ever!!

Dear Chad and Lacey,I cannot begin to tell you how extraordinarily disappointing the pool liner replacement with Mirage has been. Last year in August when I called and asked for an estimate I was told all of the dimensions would be taken when the pool was closed by your company and the liner would be ordered as long as all of the paperwork was filled out by January. I was told to plan for a late April to mid-May installation. When I called to follow up and came to meet with Lacey in February I selected the liner I wanted and committed to it and signed the paperwork before the middle of March. We knew there would be possible weather delays with the install. However as soon as enough snow melted and we pumped out the pool measurements were taken by your install team. I was told the liner would be in 2 to 4 weeks and that was at the middle of April. At this time Chad also indicated that since we committed last September we would be one of the first in lines for install. He indicated that Lacey would be out for a while and that I would need to deal with anyone to answer the phone as well as himself at Mirage. Around May 10 I received a phone call that additional dimensions were required as the vendor was waiting to hear back. We unlocked the gate and came back one night from baseball and the pool cover had been removed and put back on. I was then told the order would be placed on a rush and we would be looking at an install in approximately two weeks. Then I received a call from an associate who told me that Chad wanted her to call and let us know if there was a mistake and our order hadn’t even been sent in yet. I asked if I could speak with Chad and she said “he wanted me to call you”- Which meant I did not get to speak with Chad that day. Apparently he does not like to deliver bad news himself. I called last Friday before Memorial day and was told by you Chad that the liner should be in by the end of this week and could be installed possibly on June 3. When I called yesterday and spoke with Craig who said “the order is not in yet“. He did not indicate any time of arrival nor did I ask at this point. Today my husband showed up there and was told that there are many people ahead of us, Chad verified with the supplier the order has not even been cut yet, and then mentioned something to Scott about we’ve been dealing with the wrong people and that’s our fault. So now I have a liner that is completely unable to be used because they cut it up in many areas for some reason to check behind it. I have no pool liner, I have no pool. I’ve put my faith into Mirage who has provided horrible service and then given us grief and outright guesses on timelines when we follow up. My husband has canceled the order due to losing confidence and getting the complete run around. I hope for your sake that Lacey returns in great health as soon as possible before your entire customer base is treated this way. I suppose this letter really doesn’t serve any purpose except maybe for some consistent training for your team and for me to put into writing The level of extreme disappointment this has caused. We already had to deal with another contractors’ lack of competence regarding the house build and water damage that ensued from the winter to the house itself when it was initially built in 2003. With the pool, our family simply looked forward to enjoying what I thought would be an amazing product in addition to the other improvements we had to make on our home. I wish you better luck in the future. Hopefully you can find a customer base that doesn’t hold you to your commitments and doesn’t require open communication & honesty.Regretfully,Molly Marler

I thought it was very good place to deal with. Their owner appeared to be very nice when I needed their help to place new winter cover on my pool a year ago. This summer I went to them, explained in details what I was expecting from them and I was offered to receive phone call from one of their manager to discuss the time, etc. Because no calls I received, I call them and to my much surprise I learned that nothing they could find on my name in their system. Again, I was offered to receive phone call this time. Never heard from them since then. I do not respect such a service and I do not trust such company.

I have been a satisfied customer of Mirage Pool N Spa for many years and my experiences of working with Chad and his employees have always been good. They are reliable and knowledgeable folks, and I am sure you will find them to be the best in the Tri-Cities. They have provided seasonal service for us for many years (since the business was started). And, they carried out a relining of our pool several years ago. Last year we purchased a hot tub from Mirage. and it is working very well.

We bought a house with a pool and had no idea what we were doing. so far they have helped us through so many different problems and always with a smile and never condescending like some other pool and spa places. there are no stupid questions here the staff is friendly, well mannerd and will gladly help you through any problems or questions you may have. my wife and I are absolute believers that these guys know what they are doing and are willing to help. if you have any questions you can always call and they will do their best to help even over the phone.

Ive tried four times to get a quote built. No one has ever called me back; or have the time to talk when I am physically in the building. Obviously they do not need the business. Not very impressed at management. I do however want to pay someone for a pool! It will not be this company. Not for anything, ever. My advice to buyers is to find a customer- centric company to work for you and spend your hard earned dollars (look elsewhere).

These folks didnt just say nope, no longer made they looked, made some calls and found brand new, still in the package parts for our pool! They got it right and do it with a smile and friendliness! The service that I got definitely matched up to the good reviews. I am guessing the bad reviews are from the type of psycho that spends an hour photographing her dinner at a restaurant, eats the entire thing and then demands a refund and a new dinner because the food was cold...common sense is in short supply these days and I don’t envy anyone who has to deal with this public.

Would not recommend. Horrible customer service and incompetent in fixing a Dimension One spa. After a year of back to back calls having their guys come out time and time again without any improvement, over a thousand dollar down the drain, and a never ending leak issue, we decided to give up and cut our losses.

Management will not call you back and refuse to right their error.Edited 4/2018:I received an email indicating that viewers on google had questions on my review of Mirage Pool and Spa. For clarification, the management’s response directs readers to the BBB site which lists another unsatisfied customer’s issue and doesn’t have my complaint listed at all. But I’d be happy to summarize what happened for those who are curious. My husband and I purchased $16 worth of pool chemicals one Sunday afternoon in June 2013 and while the transaction was being processed, we were informed that their card reader was down. They offered to bill us for the amount, but alas, a bill never came. Multiple calls to the store yielded nothing. Low and beyond, 2 years later we received a collection notice from WA Collectors for a bill of $150. They had added monthly interest that we never agreed to for months upon months of invoices that were never sent to us. They tried to tell us that we must’ve moved since then or must not receive mail at our address (which we do, and have for the last 7 years). I requested proof of the invoices sent and never received a single invoice. We tried to talk with the store and never received a call back. We tried to work with WA Collectors to pay our initial purchase price and they returned our check and indicated that they wouldn’t accept any payment unless it was for the full amount. We filed a claim with BBB and the claim was closed, because in order to have a satisfactory rating all they had to do was reply to the claim, not resolve it, but reply, which they did. Finally we disputed the collection with the credit bureaus and they sided with us because as stated earlier, we didn’t sign anything agreeing to the interest that they were attempting to hold us hostage for. Once the credit bureau sided with us and removed the record from our credit, Mirage Pool and Spa as well as WA Collectors were never heard from again. Perhaps their business practices have changed in 5 years since all of this took place but several google reviews suggest otherwise. My advice to find any other pool store possible stands.

Frustrated beyond belief! 1) Paid in advance before the hot weather hit, then company was a no show all summer. 2) Kept being told after the job theyre on is finished they would get to us. Here it is Mid August they finally put the new liner in but the light is still hanging by its cord and laying on the concrete, no start up and no service from this company. So very disappointed its a bad subject between my husband and myself since he has been trying to deal with Lance. I cant tell you how much I wish we went to someone else.

Best parts department in town.The people behind the counter were very professional and really very helpful..I purchased a master spa and couldnt get anyone online or the company themself, the closest service people was from Spokane.Went to Mirage spa and got great help.I would easily recommend Mirage to anyone looking for great pool or spa service.
