Ive been working with the staff at Miracle Ear for a few years now. They have been very helpful. When my hearing aids needed maintenance or repairs, they took care of my equipment quickly & efficiently. They have assisted me when I wanted to upgrade my hearing aids. I am very please overall with the service I have received. I would recommend Miracle Ear to anyone looking for hearing aids.

I underwent a hearing evaluation at the request of my husband, something I did not feel I needed. Loren King my Miracle -Ear consultant reviewed my test and explained my major hearing loss to me in a way that was easy to understand. He took time to answer all my questions. He was professional and much more helpful than I had expected. I now hear better, and am grateful that I trusted Loren help me hear better.

Went online to research for a good hearing center for my fiances uncle in the Tri Cities area where he lives. Im from Spokane, but I always do my research so I naturally offered my assistance. I decided to recommend Miracle Ear based off the reviews and long gravity of the company. My fiance uncle and his wife went into are older but great people and trusted my advice with some protest due to a past experience but went with it. They called me the evening after the appointment with a new purchase of hearing aids and with a great price. It wasnt the price that made them so happy though. The hearing consultant (Loren who I recently called to thank personally) they said he made it so much more enjoyable, sincere and to the point with genuine honesty about the loss and test and what it meant. For the delivery next week when they receive the new aids, the only opening was Friday. My family could not make it on that day and Loren without any thought so they say says he knows how important it was for him and their family to have him back to hearing and enjoying the days and to not let the 9-5 hours fool them. He let them pick any day of the week at any time of the choosing to their needs! He agreed to a 6 p.m appointment that could take a couple hours! He is also taking them to a pubic dinner after to see if the volumes are just right or need work. This store exceeded even my expectations! My family and future family will recommend this store to all we know that needs assistance! Thank you!!!

From the moment I entered the store I was impressed with the demeanor and baring of the staff. I was greeted promptly and politely.Dr. King, who was extremely polite and kind to me and my wife the entire time, was so knowledgeable and helpful that I put aside any misgivings I had and left feeling satisfied and appreciated as a customer. I 10/10 recommend this establishment to my hearing impaired friends and have been back twice with a couple of them.

I would have to say my experience at miracle ear was exactly That... I did not feel I was being sold anything.. I felt I had Loren King take me through the process of where my hearing is at, and where it could be.. Loren was able to answer all of my questions and also follow up my questions with examples on how much better I would hear with the product.. I really love the hearing aids. The phone application that controls my aids are really special. I can also use my phone and talk to people through my hearing aids without having to wear any stupid connection device. Loren and Julie make a great team and treat everyone as far as I have seen as family. Only complaint I have is sometimes it is hard to put them into my ear. That could be a user trouble though and not the aids them selves.

Some of the best customer service i have ever had. Loren the sales rep is incredibly knowledgeable. The prices were a bit out of our budget but he was very helpful.

My dad can hear my kids!!! We’d been worried for a while about my father’s hearing, he was withdrawn at family get togethers and often wouldn’t respond when we asked him direct questions. We met with Lauren at Miracle Ear and he presented us with a variety of of options. We were able to find one that worked for my dad’s lifestyle and budget. Most importantly, he treated my dad with respect and never once made him feel like a person with a disability or a “senior citizen.” These people know what they’re doing!

I dont normally write reviews, but it was a must here. I took my grandfather in because he was having a really hard time hearing the family, and so we finally talked him into looking at hearing aids. He was dismissive, but agreed. We had the great pleasure of working with Loren. Loren was incredibly knowledgeable, caring, empathetic. When my grandpa put in the hearing aids for the first time, i saw a smile on his face i havent seen since i was a kid. My only regret is not coming sooner. I made an appointment and then when I got there no one was in the office. I called the number on the door and got a machine. It was several days later that I finally got a return call saying some emergence came up and that is why nobody was in the office. Costco has better prices by far. I would strongly recommend NOT going to Miracle-Ear.
