Gutter Kings was exceptional. Scott runs a special business. Of all the businesses I work with in this community, his is top tier. He was friendly and professional. Karlas customer service skills are awesome. She worked with me on the color and made sure I was comfortable with the color we chose. Scott met with me to give me samples and was patient with our decision. Due to COVID prices went up on gutters while we were deciding and he honored his original quote.That integrity is hard to find. Brandon and Justin were prompt, hard working, knowledgeable and made us feel comfortable right away. The gutters are great. The color match was perfect. We are very happy and they are worth every penny. In fact they are an exceptional value. Go with them!

Gutters installed incorrectly with water collecting at end without a down spout and leaking between roof and gutter. Unfortunately you won’t know this until it rains or it’s time to clean your gutters. Called to address issue and their response was that we approved the work and if we did want someone to come out for repairs they could nor would not schedule a time as they never know when they would be in our neighborhood. I guess you are to climb on a ladder and pour water down the gutter to ensure it drains properly and to get a level to make sure that everything runs downhill. They got their money so anything beyond that you’re out of luck. I guess next time someone asks I’ll refer Gutter Girl.

The installation team at Gutter Kings lead by Trent along with Brandon & Dominic did a fantastic job on the installation and the materials are high quality. I can tell the difference and improvement between the new gutters versus the limited areas that already had gutters. The gutters are substantial and much better than the type I have installed with parts from the home center. All three Gentlemen were very professional and explained the work they were doing and compared it to the quote. Trent even found my screwdriver that I left on the roof when installing a security camera!I highly recommend Gutter Kings for anyone considering installing gutters in the Tri-Cities, WA area or anywhere in their service area.

The crew was great and very professional. They finished sooner than expected and everything was cleaned up before they left. The gutters look amazing and we haven’t had any issues at all. We honestly didn’t realize how much we needed them but that was apparent after our first rainstorm! Wish we would have gotten them sooner!!

Great experience with this company. Karla in the office was amazing! Super efficient and personable. Even handled my color choice change smoothly (sorry about that).The crew doing the install did great work and did it quickly. They even arrived to the install appointment early; which is rare these days with contractors. We recently have done a lot of work to our home and have dealt with a lot of sub-contractors. Not kidding, in our experience more than half of them miss appointments or are at least late. Nice to see there are still good contractors out there.Highly recommended for your gutter job!

Everyone that I have involved with at Gutter Kings have been incredibly customer service oriented. Their workers are professional and hard working and the end product was very good and was a good value. I highly recommend this company!

Gutter Kings did my estimate on a Thursday and did the work on the next Saturday morning. Their customer service is excellent and the young men that did the work took time to answer my many questions. They were quick, efficient and freindly. Excellent product, excellent installed and much cheaper than expected. Great local contractor.

Scott came out to our house and gave us an estimate for gutters. His quote was very reasonable and he was a treat to talk to. Very nice and informative. I heard about Gutter Kings on the radio promoting breast cancer. My rain gutters were pretty beat up and beyond repair. I called Gutter Kings and got a very quick response.I was very impressed by the promptness. I had my estimate the same day I called and had my new gutters installed the very next day. I even got royal brown to match the trim of my home.The reason I am on here giving a review is because I want to share with those of you looking for gutters, what made me go with Gutter Kings. A week prior to hearing about them I had called two other companies for estimates. Neither one of them made mention of flashing. Something I hadnt a clue about either. My home didnt have it. If your home has no flashing and your gutters are installed, you can get numerous leaks. (which my old ones did) That was the FIRST thing Gutter Kings pointed out. I did a little research and found they were very honest. The other two companies could care less if I had it or not and were willing to throw up gutters and call it good with out caring about the future of my home. Thank you Gutter Kings for caring about our community and me as a customer!
