My 8 year old son loves it here. Initially, he hated the idea when I told him he would be attending for the summer. However, his opinion quickly changed after the first week. I have noticed a big improvement in his reading. His daily 20 minutes has become less of a chore to him and now hell keep reading longer just because he wants to know what happens next. He will finish a Diary of a Wimpy Kid book in just a couple days instead of a full week. Math continues to be his favorite subject and he has become very proud of himself for knowing multiplication. His confidence is high and says he cant wait for school to start again. All this is due to the amazing staff and one-on-one support he gets from them. They go above and beyond each day and even offered to reach out and work with the school and his teacher. The educators here clearly love what they do and take their roles very seriously.

We are very satisfied with the level of service we have received from Sylvan! Our daughter loves going and always has a smile on her face after her session is done! We have seen alot of improvement in her reading and writing in the few short months that she has been going to Sylvan! Thank you Sylvan for providing excellent service!

We moved here in August of 2015. My son was on an IEP and still struggling. He was going into 2nd grade and testing at a kindergarten level. Needless to say, I was very concerned. We enrolled him in Sylvan 2 days per week and 1 year later he is just 2 months away from testing at grade level! Not only have they made learning fun but they have also taught and enforced our values in regards to being responsible, accountable, and saving. I would recommend them to any parent! We enrolled our son after realizing he had fallen so far behind in math that summer school became a requirement. He has been enrolled at Sylvan in Kennewick for about a month now and he absolutely loves it. His attitude towards math has changed for the better and he regularly tells us how he is starting to better understand math and how much fun he has while hes there. There is only positive re-enforcement and no question is a bad one which is huge for our son. The tutors take their time with each student making sure they fully understand everything before moving on to the next level. I cant say enough about how happy we are with Sylvan Learning Center of Kennewick.Hi, Im Cadan and I attend Sylvan Learning Center. I also signed up for the STEM Challenge this month. I learned a lot about gravity and how it works. The class watched a video on how seatbelt have been changed over the years so that they work better to save lives. Even though I didnt win the STEM Challenge I had a lot of fun and learned a lot of new stuff about cars, seatbelts, gravity, and physics. Only one of my eggs didnt survive the downhill run. The driver egg was fine each time.
