I used them for my Uncle. They were affordable and friendly, they did everything they said they would do. We were satisfied with the service provided. They were a little slow getting the cremains back to us, but we got them by the service date. A Godsend for people that do not have thousands of dollars for final expenses for a loved one.

Absolutely atrocious business practices. We called them at 11am and were told they would arrive by 4, they called at 4pm and told us they would arrive at 8pm. At 9pm they still hadn’t shown up to care for our loved one and hung up on us when we called for yet another ETA. They didn’t show up until 11:45pm, nearly 13 hours after being called, and were so understaffed that our family had to assist with the entire ordeal.Along with the difficulties that come with the loss of a loved one, this company only made the process more difficult, stressful, and painful.

If it were possible to give negative stars, I would. They were called to pick up my grandmother at 11 am, and said they would be here by 4. 4 pm comes and they call and say it would be no later than 8pm. We call them at 9pm and ask them when they will show up. They said it would be another 2 hours and hung up in my aunt.The company gave zero warnings that it could possibly take longer during the initial call, and werent caring or compassionate at all.The driver, Brian, finally showed up at 1145 pm, unprepared. There are 4 very small steps to enter my grandmas home, two from the porch, one to a landing, and the final step into the house. He barely managed to get the gurney up them by himself, and as he was alone, didnt have anybody to help move my grandmas body. My uncle in his good hearted nature had to help move her body, take her down the 4 stairs and load her into the vehicle. He was mourning as the rest of us were and was forced to do something nobody who is grieving the loss of a loved one should do. This company showed blatant disrespect for my family and my grandmother, showing up 13 hours after being called, hanging up on my family, and not being prepared. There were no condolences over the phone or reasons why they kept stalling. This was traumatizing for my family to not only have to let our grandmother sit in her room for 13 hours, but also to have to deal with these terrible people, the driver was cold and unprepared, and to have to watch her leave was like reopening overy wound we struggled so hard to mend that day. If anybody else is considering this service, dont.
