A place to enjoy with family, clean and with very nice staff

Ive been calling for the past week, the menu options dont work. I cant get a hold of anyone. You press the corresponding number to be transferred, but it doesnt transfer you. It just repeats the menu over and over. So frustrating. Just want to get info on the Pitbull concert on 29th before I purchase my ticket. Will there be vaccinations required, will they do covid tests at the door. The website does not inform you, just states it might have covid restrictions. I want to know for sure.Please fix your automated answering machine.

Been to this venue on multiple occasions and the seat size and proximity to each other is terrible. Worse than any small airplane seat ever. For the area its one of the only places to go for shows, etc. Hope they consider a remodel some day.

Went to Americans opening game tonight and the staff was very helpful getting me to the wheelchair section

Seats are small, but I am 59 so legs feel cramped but its not a deal breaker. Great ambiance. It was our first Americans hockey game a lot of fun!

Great venue for hockey. Not a bad seat in the house from what we could see. Decent selection of beers, including some local craft brews. The usual arena food and snacks available. Free parking in a large lot makes things really nice. A number of good hotels nearby, including several within a very short walk! The only detractor was having to use Ticketmaster to buy our tickets online and n way to choose your seat or see where the club section was.

Simply one of the best venues Ive been too. Its on the smaller side but the views are great. Acoustics are great and the prices are very fair. I highly recommend this venue.Went here in April for the Halestorm concert. Solid show.

Toyota center events manager has no clue about managing events, very poor management.

Been to many concerts here. Always great shows sound quality is great. Just saw NF there and it was an awesome show. Will be back for another show hopefully soon. Always get GA so I’ve never sat in seats the floor is the best spot to enjoy the show.

Its a nice arena for what it is built for

Nice and up close. Unlike Seattles Safeco field where you have to watch everything on the big screen cuz its so far away, although the Toyota Center also has a big screen that the Bulls seem to like to watch their selves on.

Good clean facility and was well staffed. Saw a concert here and the sound was good too. I like that it was a smaller venue. We could get closer to the stage.

Great place for a big event

Theyve really made some improvements here! Padded seats in our section, and it was actually cold in there, so the ice wasnt slushy like it used to be!

The food selection seems to be hit or miss but overall above average for ice hockey arenas. The facilities could use some updating. The screen is inadequate for replays and the sound system tends to leave our ears ringing.

Went to a game in Kennewick, Wa as part of our WHL rink beer and hot dog tour. Really pleasantly surprised. Fantastic place for a 30 yr old rink. Seats comfy, wide choice of non-typical concessions, and great sightlines from amy seat. Only drawback was glass is either dirty, old, or tinted and scuffed enough it interferes with lower seating views. It also distorts views at the opposite end of the rink. It also has no over ice scoreboard or video so tbe distorted view at tbe other end through the glass gets no help.

Such a fun night of hockey! Got there early to see the teams practicing. I dont think its possible to have a bad seat location.

This was a really nice venue! Good sound. I went to a concert here and it was awesome! It’s a simple stadium type thing. Lots of room. Didn’t get too hot. Parking was good. Ticket line moved quickly. Honestly it was just a really amazing concert. It was so fun. I loved it. Everything about it. I would go to this place over and over 😂😂

Good fun watching the hockey game

Our family lives in Oregon but enjoys the closeness of the Toyota Center and their varied venues for the family. Visited the Globetrotters and had an amazing time.

Went to KeHS class of 2018 graduation. Was clean and well put together.

The show was great. But I would have enjoyed more leg room. I have size 14 feet and by the end of the show I was pretty cramped up from not being able to move my legs. Other than that parking is nice facility is nice but they need more leg room in the stands.

Nice Venu. Fun Go Americans. That being said watch. Went to my First Comedy here. More specifically George lopez. I l like a good laugh as much as the next. Funny thing us the First Act had the Crowd Rolling. George Lopez was a let down. Material was just not funny. At least not as compared to the first act. Maybe he was stoned or sick possibly drunk. Maybe he should consider retirement.

Went to the 2020 Washington, Oregon potato conference, the vendors are friendly, received pesticide credits, the luncheon was good. I consider the day to be a success. See you there next year.

Went to Mannheim Steamroller there. Great sound but the seats were so narrow and there was no leg room in the lower V section. Id pay more for appropriately sized seating.

Great place for a hockey game and great place for a job. Great seating if you like hard seats to sit in. Prices are good. Lots of parking outside. Clean building inside and outside. Friendly people who work their.

I have only ever been here to watch Hockey. Go Americans! The first game I ever watched here a body check sent one of the player through the glass panel and into the lap of some lady. I was hooked! The venue is nice enough, there isnt really a bad seat, can see the game from all locations. Chairs are comfortable enough, but after 4 hours your backside will probably go numb. There is limited space, so you will either have to crawl over someone or someone will be crawling over you. Bathrooms are limited, and there is almost always a line to the womans bathroom. Food and drinks are EXPENSIVE. Depending on how enthusiastic the people sitting behind you are, their 6oz cup of 10$ beer may end up running down your back. Has happened to me multiple times. All part of the hockey experience I guess.

Enjoyed top Broadway shows 5 times a year. Good views not a bad seat in the house. We have floor seats and there is not much shoulder room. Go with warm shoes and a coat as there is ice under the floor for hockey.

Good skating

I like this place really its open to what they accept it allowed to go on and here. They have a little bit of a problem with their air conditioner because when there is too many people in the entire Arena its very hot and theres nothing you can do about it. Overall though its a clean facility with well-kept grounds inside and out and nice bathrooms

Always a great experience at Toyota center, food choices great, fans are awesome, good sight lines for hockey. Always a pleasure to go to Kennewick and watch a hockey game, one of my favorite arenas to visit as a Hawks fan.

Great fun for the family. I love the hockey games. You always leave thinking you should go to more games! Food is good but expect to pay more then you should, that’s to be expected in a place like this though. They have a lot of other cool events to check out as well.

Good place for local graduations but how they timed them made the parking a madhouse between the two services. Everyone was trying to exit or enter the lot at the same time. Even another half an hour between events would have made it easier.

There were so many people at the high school graduation. I was fortunate enough to find an actual seat, however everyone was elbow to elbow and the little girl behind me used my shoulders as a drum set. The stadium is poorly designed so if you go buy the seats next to yours in order to have the smallest semblance of personal space

We saw Halestorm here and it was the perfect arena. The ground floor has easy bathroom access and the bars set up during concerts are awesome. Definitely worth the trip

Nice, comfortable venue for big events. Seats were comfortable enough for even larger people and not too many stairs. Bathrooms werent great and the AC didnt do well for 4000+ people in 100° weather, hence only 3 stars. But overall, very comfortable and clean.

Horrible seating! You have to be a contortionist to see most of the concerts held there or conventions. If you are taller the 59 you will have permanent knee damage after sitting with the seat in front of you embedded in your knee caps. AC doesnt work is outside temperature is above 85. Plumbing doesnt work well, several stalls cant close. Large cracks in the concrete beams is scary. Wouldnt want to be inside during an earthquake.

This is the perfect size venue to see performers that you love and enjoy. Its not so big that you get lost in the crowd, and its small enough that you really feel like you are part of the show. Great concert venue.

George Lopez comedy:This event was something I was looking forward to with my sister. Unfortunately, the ladies in back, section P row 9, seats 2 through 6 were pretty obnoxious. At one point, the one individual directly behind me was kicking my seat over & over. You ask nicely for them to stop, they do it louder & are more obnoxious. They were having conversations very loudly and when they did listen & laugh, it was over the top and they repeated what had just been said verbatim, so the next joke was lost. Security came to tell one of them to not be recording and she flat out denied shed been recording but she had been, through snap chat. I know there were tons of people but I just wish more security was hired to watch. Im giving the facility a 4 star because of how clean it was, the sound system set up, and parking. If you want to know why I didnt complain, because my sister is injured and my knee was too swollen to be going up and down stairs.

As a comedian venue. Needed to see video screens to get nuance of stories. But speakers were blocking the one in my line of vision. So I had to look hard left at other. Uncomfortable. Sound was great.

What A great concert was so comfortable where we were at. Love to do again.

Was here for Alzheimers Awareness Night!! Amazing games every time!! It was excellent and even went into a shootout!! Great family entertainment, excellent food. There is this 1 mac & cheese place. Omg, try it!!! So good!! Will definitely be back for more future games!!! Lets Go Ams!!!

Fun place for events. Not always the most organized but its put together great especially for being in a small town setting.

Was there for a hockey game. Had a blast!! They also have surprisingly good concession food. Parking was easy to find. Every staff member was happy and helpful, however it could be because it was the day after Thanksgiving and we were all still in food comas

I feel the Toyota center needs to be remodeled. The locker rooms are old and should be brought up to who codeThe seats needs repair so they are all like the theater section there needs to be a rail to make going up and down stairs safer. Come on kennewick do the modernization.

Great place love going to watch my beloved Americans play but the Toyota center has the highest prices in the league and less amenities than the other centers! Time to upgrade the center if you plan on keeping the team here!

They really need to do something with the seating. Those chairs are just way too hard. Very uncomfortable when you are handicapped. But the graduation ceremony for Hermiston High School turned out very nice it was really awesome for that. Soften those seats!!!

Jersey Boys was excellent! The waiting in the foyer with hundreds of others squished up for a half hour was not. With no explanation, they didnt let us get seated and it was hot with no air circulation. We didnt get let in until almost 20 minutes after the show was to begin...what was the reason?

This public venue is abysmal at best when it comes to ADA accessibility. There is only a handful of ADA accessible seats in the entire building. The remainder of the seats are only accessible via steep stairs with not a single handrail to hold onto to avoid falling.

Went to mt first live hockey game! So fun! This place is a bit confusing at first, but I figured it out and generally had a good time.

Too many vendors were closed for a high end rock concert. Need to sell hard cider and wine in more than one location. You also need to update your seating chart for people who buy tickets at the last minute. When I bought mine the seating chart was a month old. That is entirely unacceptable and unnecessary. It is not that complicated to print out an updated seating chart!

Great place to buy tickets for a hockey game or basketball game.Clean environment and clean inside and outside the building and plenty of parking outside the building.

Its a great venue but they never have the temperature under control. They had Graduations there but it was too hot inside! I think they are being cheap because I know they have ac they just wont use it. Makes it miserable for the people in the event and those who came to watch.
