I just had the deluxe deep clean for the whole house to get us to a good baseline to then maintain.The technician (Stephanie) that came over was great. She did a fantastic job and I cant remember the last time the house was that clean (we have two toddlers - so it is a constant battle). My wife came home and was thrilled with the finished product. I don’t like to post negative reviews. I read all of the reviews on this company before selecting them to clean my house, but they didn’t do the quality of work I expected. Right after the initial clean Vicky sent me an email to see how things went. I responded with my feedback, but nearly 4 weeks later I still have no response. I asked for a monthly clean and stated I was looking for something more thorough than a regular cleaning. The woman who cleaned spent about 3 hours on what is probably a 6 hour job. There was visible dirt on top of the baseboards that had not been swept. There were areas where there was visible debris still on the carpets where they weren’t vacuumed well. I sent all of this feedback to Vicky expecting I would at least get an apology and plan a better clean next time. A five star company would have responded and offered a free reclean, but I never asked for that. I am not one who is going to send multiple emails. So, after waiting 3 weeks with no response I decided to just move on to someone else. I am not one who will post a review just to get them to respond to me. Hopefully, whatever issues they have with communication can be repaired. With that said, the woman who cleaned was polite and nice. The quality of work just didn’t meet expectations for someone you are paying to do the work.

I highly recommend Maid in America as a cleaning service for your home. They have been my cleaning service since March 2018 for my home in Powder Springs. They have customized my cleaning to accommodate my preferences in addition to their practical cleaning details. What I enjoy most is the green products they use and how responsive they are customer service-wise.
