Hard to put into words what the Tower team means to our practice. They have literally changed the culture and environment we work in to a level that patients are talking about it almost everyday. They are truly committed to the success of our business. Our growth has been tremendous but more importantly they help you grow as a person. Wow! Where do I start? Our team had another fabulous training day with Katina today. She is so insightful, knowledgeable and just a joy to be around. We always have lots of laughs and I feel we come away with so many useful new tools. We attended our first Tower Leadership workshop in Dec 2017. We learned so much in that one workshop, we knew we didn’t want to stop there! I have been in solo practice for over 10 years and have been through many ups and downs. In this time, I have benefitted from several different practice consultants who each brought theyre own unique approaches to operating and managing dental practices. About 6 months ago, I went to a brief one hour seminar with Eric and was just amazed at what he said was possible. I signed up immediately and a few weeks later, was in my first workshop with Tower Leadership.
