The vacuums have decent suction, and the staff who run the wash are always friendly! Would recommend.

The car wash broke down with my car still inside. The rubber brushes was still Spinning in the same location and Scratched my car. Manager and owner I heard his name is Eric Washington pretty much said screw me a customer who have a membership with them. Well they lost a customer and I will be forwarding to the City of Kennesaw they are operating there business and the business license is not being displayed I guess to avoid liability.

Very toxic environment.ABSOLUTELY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE.Very unprofessional service.Very rude and unsympathetic management.Absolutely no customer service.Wash has issues. Vacuums got very low suck-ability.Unwilling to bare any responsibility whatsoever in situation of damage to vehicle.Unwilling to show empathy or consideration in any way to customer.REFUSED to review customer complain.Does no refund once they take your money.More interested in parting your money from you than rendering you a decent service.No wonder why youve got very few cars there. Lots of lessons learnt the hard and very costly way.My advice is dont use. Save yourself good money, avert pain and protect your vehicle.

I am a loyal customer to this business as I get my car cleaned at least once a week at this facility. I recently went and got a wash after I had gone through some muddy roads. I am not one to complain as I am a very easy-going person to please but since I went through such a muddy Mess through a construction zone I felt as though my car was not clean enough to my expectations. The employee was super nice and considerate to my request let me go through the car wash for a second time and my car was extremely clean the second time through !! I just want to give A special thanks and appreciation for allowing me to get my car clean guaranteed to my liking 🤗the staff is really friendly and the vacuums are free 🤩 I appreciate everything you guys do keep up the good work!!!!!!

I visited this car wash for the first time two days ago. My car had some tough spots which didn’t clean the first go-around. Today I went back again, sharing there were missed spots. I asked if I needed to go through the wash again or try hand washing the car. The gentleman instructed me to go through the was again and they spot treated the needed areas. Great customer service!

Family was frequent visitors. Horrible service ever since the updates. Paid for an emissions/carwash package at the wash location. Asked the attendant where to get emissions done. I was told across the street. After the subpar works carwash that left a greasy residue all across the side of my vehicle I drove to have my emissions completed. They would not complete my emissions because I didnt have a punch card from the carwash attendant. I showed them proof my receipt (pictured) of a JUST PURCHASED washed/emissions service. They still wouldnt do it. They asked me to go back to the wash attendant to get a punch card. What a waste of time and what a horrible system they are running. Will find elsewhere to go. Thanks for nothing and a waste of $20.00.

My go to car wash. I love the monthly subscription. The price is great and the washes are really good. My car gets really clean too. The young people who work here are nice and work really hard.

I came in with brand new tires, went through the automatic car wash and came out with a flat tire, when I called the general manager told me he found nothing and offered no help at all, I did not make it more than 20 feet until my tire was flat. Now it is costing me 200+ to fix my car. WouldNot recommended this place at all to any one. The machine washing my car broke the tire pressure gage, looking at my rim I can obviously see the red scratch from the rails at the car wash. Horrible management and I will never go back there.

Went to this car wash planning to do a quick wash. Was quickly and happily greeted and was informed of the special on memberships. 10$! If I lived in Georgia I would of signed up. But exceptional car wash. Clean car . Lot was clean vacuums had good power. Professional polite staff. I spoke with the GM briefly who was not only helpful and informative but also a pleasure to speak with. He was professional, attentive and really on top of things. Next time I visit again I will definitely be back!!!

It was a fantastic experience here. The automatic wash was super efficient. In less than 5 minutes, we had our car cleaned to the bottom for an affordable fee. There are free vacuum cleaners if you wash your car there. Payment is by card before service. The area is decent and conducive enough for everyone to clean their vehicles.

Wonderful place to get your car washed and then use the free vacuums. I have recently moved and can no longer use the services due to my location. I do recommend the monthly pass. My car went thru there nearly every day.

Scratches on my car! I went here because it was close to my home. I knew by the fact that they have one of those gimmicky auto repair places attached to it that it wasnt going to be one of the greatest places of business. I went anyways because I was impatient. Well now I see where impatience gets me; the brushes scratched my paint in 2 different places, not pretty. Whats worse is that I didnt notice the scratches until I got home, so theres no way that theyll claim responsibility for it. One last insult to injury, the wash was still inadequate, my windshield still had grime around the edges, my mirrors werent quite fully cleaned, and the rims had plenty of dust left regardless of the advertised rimwash. Please go down the road to the car washes on 41 or to Woodstock. Save yourself, dont make my mistakes. Vacuums were functional. Check my Google profile, Im a level 6 Local Guide. This is the only place Ill go to wash my car. The lines go quick and its very affordable. There are free vacuums with the purchase of a car wash. The vacuums are well performing and the property is up kept well. They also have floor mat cleaners near the vacuums.Would strongly recommend.

Was super happy and proud to hear captain kleen won best car wash in Kennesaw. The manager Michael is one of a kind. So much care pride and drive is always shown and the staff there all seem to be in sync with each other and always make me smile and which is nice specially during these times. One of the closer car washes near my house.Card service often times is out, so take precaution and bring cash just in case. The basic wash gets your car seemingly very clean until it dries..The vacuums always seem to work for the 1st 5 minutes just fine, then they loose power. There is always at least an entire row of vacuums blocked off and not being used despite how busy and packed this place gets. They also have a carpet floor mat cleaner that might as well not be called a cleaner. It may seem to get the dirt off, but leaves dust when it comes out of the bottomed. Other than that, very simple car wash.I wish they provided some type of cleaner to wipe the inside of your vehicle with, or an air freshener or something.

Accidentally pulled into the driveway no otherway out besides paying for a 6 dollar car wash. The dude only sprayed one side of my car and barely at that. The car wash left blue paint tape on my windshield. Would not recommend coming here. Im from out of state and I could cheaper and way better quality.

Be sure your order will be processed correctly because if you ask for a service they make other just because they recommend it. If you budget is for 35 dollars they charged you for a service of 65 dollars.

Scratched my car, and last service was terrible. Paid $20 which includes wax, and forgot the wax; instead it turned out to be no different from the $6 wash.

My favorite car wash ever. Ive never had such a clean and shiny car with other places. My tyres come out looking glossy black and my windshields are totally clean, no more dirty spots where the wipers dont reach. The vacuums are also very convenient and complimentary. I recommend.

First/last time customer. Let’s get this clear we all know that if we love and care for our vehicles and the way they look then we should NEVER be going to these types of car washes in the first place. With that being said I did. Went to Tough Mudder and got it filthy. Needed a quick wash. One tiny pea sized chip on the hood and scratched clear coat on the drivers door later I have instant regret. Just think about all the tiny rocks and all the dirt that gets caught up in the brushes and rollers. Heed this advice please. Your ride will thank you!!

Excellent - attendants are always helpful. I like the monthly membership because I have unlimited car washes and I dont have to fumble around for coins, tokens, cash, etc.

This company is horrible. I would never return or suggest anyone to this car wash. They are very unprofessional and they are scamming people out their money. I obtained a membership for the month to this car wash in August, didnt use it so I wasted 39.00. September goes by and then October comes in. I see a automatic payment withdrawn out of my account for a reoccurring payment of 39.00 on my bank statement. So I go to the business and complain to the manager on duty that they charged my account for something I havent used in two months. He tells me its nothing he can do because I signed a contract that says they can charge my account that amount until I come in here and tell them to stop the payments. What car wash company keeps your credit card on file and charge your account when they get ready?? He also stated that it was written in fine print of the agreement I signed. A BUNCH OF THIEVES!!!

Captain Kleen Speedy Lube has a great service and always gives me a free car wash. Im very pleased with the wash and hot wax they provide. Pleasant, fast, service. Ive been back when not getting an oil change.

Great car wash with really helpful employees. If you need help, speak with Chandler. Only thing that may upset some people is soap can spray on car when driving away from door mirrors. But thats a car design flaw not theirs. As a bonus, they offer free vacuums.

Everything went well with the oil change. Then at the car wash the floor mat got caught in the cleaner. I walked around asking for help. 20 min later I finally caught a guy walking to the gate to the wash. I explained that the floor mat was stuck and he preceded to tell me that I couldnt put my floor mat in the cleaner because it said use at your own risk. The guy then opened the panel to release the mat and then dropped the heavy metal panel on my ankle, literally slicing my ankle completely open. He said oh, sorry and then proceeded to tell me I was wrong again. What a horrible experience. Oh yeah, the code they have me for a wash didnt work either. Never give this terrible wash your business.

Steer clear. TERRIBLE CAR WASH. DANGEROUS ENTRANCE. Ive been there a couple times before because they are so close to my house. Got a wash - was late to drop my daughter off. Drove off without vacuuming and when I dropped her off - CAR IS DIRTY AS HELL. Did not get the cheap wash mind you - got the $15 wash. Came right back and the punk kid as rude as be told me you drove off the lot - youre on your own. Nothing we can do... Seriously? It was 20 mins ago?????Save yourself some time, money and headache and avoid at ALL COST.

DO NOT GO!! Extremely unprofessional employees. Damaged my car then denied responsibility. Paid $13 for a wash and my car still looked dirty afterwards. Witnessed them making fun of another customer while I was waiting to speak to their manager. I will NEVER go back! Cannot believe they are allowed to do business with such horrible customer service.

If you are about to close LET THE PERSON KNOW. I went thru the car wash and then proceeded to vacuum my car. I was only able to vaccum the front seats when the vacuums were turned off. A guy comes out to adjust the vacuums states they are closed. I had to go across the street and pay again to fully vaccum my car. I was not happy.

Stopped here to get a deluxe wash. After the wash my tires were not clean and there was soap still on the top of my car.

Been going here for three years and never had a problem, except for crap washes, til today! Usually I get oil changed across the street which comes with free car wash. I vacuum cars first then wash no problems. In between oil changes/car washes with my 3 vehicles Ill get a free vaccuum because the big sign says free vaccuum and Ive never had an issue. Today I was told the vaccuum isnt free and in order to use them I have to pay for a wash! Sign says free doesnt say with wash!! Well, last time I do any business here. In the summer I prepay 200.00 for washes and even spend more here but not any more. What a joke!

I went here to patch my tire. Within a few weeks the same tired shredded on the road, endangering everyone in the vehicle. Do not get your tires fixed at this place. They risked my life and offered no refund.

This place has free vacuums after you wash your car but the problem is that the car wash does a really poor job of drying the car which ends up leaving water stains which kinda defeats the purpose of cleaning your car!
