I’ve had experiences with numerous tree service companies through the years and Treeco is the best. Recently, they removed a massive diseased pecan tree from the rear of my yard. The tree was complicated by its location (nestled amongst building structures with no drive access) and by its size, as the upper 1/3 required climbing. The team was very professional— starting and completing the job as scheduled, removing all debris and taking all caution to protect the surrounding structures and landscaping. Although they had to cancel due to a rainstorm, they promptly rescheduled. This is the first and only company that has moved me to write a review, and I recommend Treeco without reservations.

The company rescheduled my job three times and didn’t show up twice after I took off work. They were supposed to reduce the height of my trees and bushes and cut away branches teetering over my second story gutter. Instead they arrived without a ladder and started hacking away at my trees and bushes from the underside because “the ladder guy couldn’t be there.” At the second visit, a very rude man insisted that the height of my trees could not be reduced. After I showed him the original bid for the project which specifically stated reducing the height of the trees, he left without finishing the job. Meanwhile the hurricane was on its way and branches that had not been properly cut were dangling from above. DONT USE THIS COMPANY!
