Customer service is great and so are the car washes! I come here often to get a car wash and on mondays they have BOGO car washes. They give you the receipt after you pay and you have I think 2 weeks to come back and get the free one which is awesome. The vacuums work great and they have plenty and they give you a free towel😁

I do the month Ceramics wash. They have locations conveniently spread out between Kenner New Orleans and Gretna... Vacuums work great(except for on Earhart, some are broken) All in all the carwash works great..

All the love and respect to every person works in this great car wash, Rich’s car wash keep my car clean, shiny, and smells great all the time, not only they offer a blue towel every time I wash my vehicle to dry the car, but they offer air freshener that keep the car smell great!!They are on top of their game, they always think what customers love and go for it, last time I saw them installing new machine to for the floor mats, and the list goes on and on.Their management stands out, same as their customer service, if you have any problem they won’t let you down, they genuinely care about their customer.I have been using them ever since they open, and really highly recommended those folks !!

Always running a special! I stopped in yesterday to get a regular car wash and they are offering the super wash for half off which is the price of their basic! My car is spotless, not to mention they have the strongest vacuums Ive found. Always a clean, quiet, ave convenient place to get my car washed throughly in no time!!

My only complaint is my trunk never gets clean. And theres still bugs on the front of my car even tho I scrubbed it before I went thru the car wash. Vacuum is awesome tho!

I like that the vacuums are super good but I do wish that they had a flat vacuum for making it easier to do carpets in the car and not just a long skinny one that can fit in crevices. I dont find that it cleans the wheels very well and when you get tire shine it spatters it all over my running boards and Ive never had that happen anywheres else before in an automatic car wash I do like that you can get the monthly special where you can get your car washed as many times as youd like but they said if you were a Lyft or Uber driver then you can only get 10 washes a month which didnt feel unlimited to me but I cant recall ever being turned away not sure if I ever did more than 10 washes a month anyways I just thought unlimited is unlimited how are you going to tell one person with a car that they can have unlimited and then another person that they cant because of their job. I also wish that they had Spot free rents Im not a fan of getting out and drying the car off because I cant reach a lot of spots theres always a spot where theres dried up water residue that I cant reach in the middle of my front windshield

Im a Veteran of the United States Millitary and for months Ive been using this carwash because I thought they supported veterans. Today just found out they only support police. Veterans are the reason people can operate freely. I will not be visiting this carwash any longer. I dont mind paying more for a carwash from a company that supports veterans!

I drive a Ford Ranger so it didnt clean my entire vehicle as it was constructed for full-sized vehicles. Other than that, service was friendly and the wash was quick! Standard wash was $5 ($2 off early-bird special) and worth every penny.

I loved going there when they first opened. Quality car wash very reasonable prices.However now when I go I have to go through the wash twice. Owner very friendly as is staff. They cant seem to get enough people to want to work.Its really sad that businesses trying to succeed cant get people who want to work.Everybody now a days wants the high pay and do as little as possible.Im a happy healthy young at heart and spirit wishes I could get a job. Everybody wants these lazy younger people.I worked in the service industry all my life and raised 3 children comfortable.Retired when I reached 50 promised myself I was not going to be the poor old girl still behind a bar.From what Ive read recently The McDonalds was hiring more mature people and putting the dumb lazy kids out to pasture.Go figure

Its a fairly basic automatic car wash. Staff seems attentive, it washes adequately. The vacuums are not always functioning, so that is a downside.

Still the best. I first tried the location in New Orleans and what a difference it made on my white vehicle compared to the other places. Less water spots, sparkling coat and shinny wheels. The super strong vaccum (non smelly) with narrow tip and the air pressure hose are the ultimate detailing tools included. This is by far, the best car wash in town.

I take both of my cars here all the time. This is the best car wash around. My cars come out very clean and shining everytime. Other car washes dont compare. They will always have my business.

The car wash did not clean front of car. When we approached the attendant, he didn’t seem concerned that the car was still dirty and said You have to talk to the manager. When the mgr didn’t come, we left. He had a terrible attitude.

Ive been overcharged for approximately 3 months and I cant seem to reach anyone the young men there is no help they just tell me to call but there is never an answer they tell me to go online cause they cannot help me Ive emailed them several times no response they took money off my card and I still couldnt use the car wash. I use to love going here I promote Richs wash dat every where I go but not anymore they are robbing me and it seems as if theres nothing I can do about it please someone anyone help me

Went on a Saturday with a basically clean car. On the plan..so I thought I would have it cleaned for the weekend. My new black car came out crummy...spots and streaks and just dirty. Where did the dirt come from. I could have died. When I complained to the young manager he told me to get out of car and wash with brush and water first then he would another wash for free. I just find the Williams staff lately unprofessional. I drove home in Dat crummy dirt spotted car. Dont know what to do. I called the Williams Wash Dat 2 and am still waiting for a return call.

Best Car Wash hands down

I hated my first and ONLY experience. First off my truck was still dirty... The tire shine only got half of my front tires and nothing on the back tires at all. So Im not a complainer so I just let it go. Then I go to the employee and ask for a bathroom and he was really ugly and said we dont have bathrooms here... so rude. I would rather make the drive to Harahan and go to Water Works because I refuse to go to Pelican! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!

Great service, but experienced some bad moments. And the car wash does not cleans the back of my 2012 sienna everytime. Other than that affordable membership packages, quick in and out, and complimentary vacuum included. And those vacuums are very powerfull.

Ive been sitting in front of the place 10mins prior to 7am and noticed there was three most have been employee vehicles parked in the vacuum area. I patient waited to have my car cleaned and no one came out to acknowledge me. I drove to the part where the cars was parked and someone went inside to avoid me. When I pulled back to the front the exit where cars come out the wash had been closed. I truly love the teconflict that this was has to offer but the customer to employee relationship was not there. It is now 15mins after opening time and myself and other cars are curious to why this reputable establishment didnt excel on this Saturday morning when because of their negligence that I waited to be served and not have a valid reason. I hope that this doesnt affect our future business there.

Car vacs are really strong, but machine doesnt get dirt, or dry car completely. Also, sometimes the tire dressing doesnt go on too good.

Somebody First Class Car Wash

Its different from what Im used to but it was nice we went one time and I intend to go back its a nice different but nice setup.

I went yesterday was headed to pelicans but saw this one decided to give it a try love the the buy one get one free love the area to dry and vacuum cars a covered area I love it will be back!!!!!

Good prices. The dryer is better than Pelicans, leaves almost zero droplets.

My car was very muddy, and I cant believe it came out squeaking clean for only $7. Vacuum was very strong, and it was easy to clean the interior.

Got my SUV washed and the bushes took my trailer hitch cover off and bent it bad. Talk to young men there and filled out form to get reimbursed for damage and never heard from anybody. Went there today and asked to talk to manager and no manager there left my number for him to call me. Nothing yet and the young man wouldnt give me the managers name or number. So beware of this place I will post if anything gets done!!!!!

Worst car wash ever. mangers dont treat employees with respect. I seen the manager yelling and getting in the employees face. You dont run a company to get in people face. Im suprised these a**holes become managers when they have no respect for anyone. I bet somw of the employees have a better education then the managers. Sad. Get new and better managers. P.s. The wash left scratches on my car, i had to pay to get that fixed.

Worst customer service ever! the manager is hardly ever there, and the manager does not treat the employees with respect at all. I was definitely be doing my business elsewhere and not come here again. I have heard rumors about this car wash and when I decided to judge for myself, I finally realized what people were talking about which is super unfortunate. It was very unprofessional.

They gave the coupon for free car Wash Expiring on 18th Feb. I went there today(Kenner), lady said Its expired because machine cant accept more than 20 coupons. Is it my problem?
