Larry does great work. When Ida hit, all my neighbors had tarps and my roof was only missing a few shingles. Highly recommend.

Larrys crew did an excellent job in replacing our roof at a very reasonable price a few months ago. The roof didnt lose a single shingle during hurricane Ida.

Home Bright is an amazing roofing contractor. Mr. Larry is the best and is extremely professional. He completed my roof in three days and it looked amazing. The pricing was incredibly FAIR and is a great value for what you get. They also installed gutters for us which looked amazing. We liked them so much that we reccomended him to a family member and he installed their gutters as well. Cant tell you enough how good they are. We recently purchased a new home. Per the roof inspection report, we needed a new attic vent, a couple points repaired on our gutters, and a new coating for our flat roof. I was in need of a major roof overhaul about the end of February 2020. I needed a full roof replacement, new gutters, fascia and soffits. I called about five contractors to get estimates, but in the end, only two took the time to provide me with estimates, one being Mr. Larry with Home Bright. Because his estimate aligned more with my budget, I decided to do business with Mr. Larry and I believe it was the best choice I made!Prior to starting any repairs, Mr. Larry came to my home and showed me the materials that would be used and he also helped to coordinate the colors of my materials based on the roof color I chose so that everything would blend perfectly with the current color of my home. About the second week of March 2020, I was ready for repairs to be completed. Mr. Larry and his team showed up when he said they would, and everything I needed repaired was completed in a little under 2 weeks. Everyone on his team was very friendly and professional. I also never had an issue with a trashed work site, his team works very cleanly.As for quality, my roof and the entire job was done beautifully!!! It far exceeded my expectations and I am very pleased. I admire my roof every time I pull into my driveway. I have other projects I need to complete in order to add curb appeal, but because of Mr. Larry and his team, I have a very good starting point. Every material he showed me is exactly what was used, and the price he quoted initially did not change. I will be looking for Mr. Larry and his team when I am ready to begin other projects around my home because I know that he is a person that takes much pride in the job he is responsible for and makes sure the job is done right.Thanks Mr. Larry for making this experience a smooth one from start to finish!As far as those contractors who never reached back out to me, I never bothered to call them back even though I only had two estimates because if they failed to provide me with an estimate to do the work for the LARGE job I needed, how could I have faith in them even showing up when its time to complete the job?

Had a Roof replaced in March of 2018. While the work that was done was done well and timely, I have received a lien notice from the shingle supplier. This contractor does not pay his bills and I am forced to take legal action.

They were very professional & courtesy, and answers the phone or returns calls promptly. My job was a small insulation job, and the only company out of several companies, to give me a quote. The job was completed as promised and I did not have to clean up after the employees, which was very refreshing. I hope to do further business with Home Bright Improvements in the future. The previous work that they did was good, but they are not reliable - they do not show up when they are supposed to, do not get back to you with a timely estimate or at all. I had them come out months ago to give me an estimate - still waiting!!

I would like to share my experience with HomeBright and specifically with Ivy Falgout. I needed to get my roof repaired and was recommended HomeBright by a friend a few doors down who had also gotten hers ( along with siding etc) by them. Their pricing above average, however I wanted quality work done and they came highly recommended. I met Ivy who came out and looked at the job. He was very professional and calm in his approach. I connected with his professional conduct and we were on our way to getting our roof replaced.The job was done well and fast. It was done in a day! Entire roof., I have my AC on the roof which they had to pick off the roof to replace it. As they placed the AC back they saw that the platform was rotten and replaced the entire platform! Seriously. To me it is impressive that they took such time to go over and above to do the job right.What sets a company apart is not only the quality of their work but also how they addresses challenges. On my, I had a couple of moments where we had disagreements on the approach to certain parts of what was done. Ivy and his team were very professional about it and we talked in a constructive way. He pointed out that he wanted to take care of me and I actually believed him. He did. The issue was such that we couldnt go and redo it in the traditional sense. We had to come to a compromise. To me this is the part that is always challenging. In the past my experience with other firms is that they like to do the least possible for the most. While there is nothing wrong with that, however most firms do it at the cost of disregarding the customer. Or many times ridiculing them in the process. I was impressed that we were able to come up with a compromise without really casting any blame and come to something that worked for both of us. Sure we both had to compromise however the exchange left me thinking more highly of them and not feeling as if I was ridiculed or put down during the process.I truly appreciate Ivy and his team. After the roof was set I had some related AC issue, and when I reached out to him, he was gracious enough to take care of them fast.I always believe that in life we will always have challenges, its how we work through them that matters. And this is where I feel HomeBright sets themselves distinctly apart of most firms. Not only did they do an Excellent Job, they have truly cared about me as a customer and when the rubber hit the road they came through. And wonderfully throughout the process, both sides refrained from any blame casting.Overall Im truly impressed with this experience with HomeBright. If you really want a job done right, give these guys a try and ask for Ivy. Hell take care of your project and you.
