These guys are the worst, came out four times and still didn’t figure it out. I’ve never had service this bad....same guy every time, do not use.

I was already nervous reading the reviews but, still optimistic I would have a decent experience. The tech arrived 40 minutes late (it was raining so I understood but, felt like a courtesy call should have taken place.) He informed me that he would have to take the outside unit apart which NEVER happened!!! I called my home owners insurance company to informed them of this issue & request that a new company come out to be updated the tech diagnosed the noise I heard from the AC unit was my fish tank!!! Now Im going back& forth with them because this nut job closed the complaint. If youre reading this please do not waste your time or MONEY with this company!!!

Horrible. No one answers the phone and no one returns messages. Sent out by American home shield. Left my heater in pieces and a mess, said it need replaced but now says cant be replaced due to being inaccessible?! Do not use this company!!!

My A/C stopped cooling so i called American Home Shield and my work was assigned to Trademasters inc. so i went on line to look at the companys reviews and that made me worry But when i called the office they answered my call and i was giving an appointment for the next day between 2-5 pm . the next day the Tech. showed up on time before 5pmthe young man was very professional and fixed my A/C . I have nothing but great things to say about my experience with Trademasters .

2 years ago they did a great job for us.Today they were 2 hours late for their appointment. If they had only been an hour late, it would have been fine, but since they emerged not to come on time, it was raining and they couldnt work in the rain. They do work on Saturdays, but not when you have a home warranty because they believe you are looked in so they are free to pursue other customers before finishing the job here.

They messaged me every step of the way answered my questions told me what happened and even gave me a number to call incase anything went wrong with the ac they fixed. Overall a great place would use again.

These people are not only incompetent, but also despicable! Last week my air conditioner started making a high pitched squeal. I immediately called my home warranty company that dispatched trademasters. When the technician came he said he didnt hear a noise so he just left. Well lo and behold a week later my A/C started making the terrible squealing noise again. I called AHS again and they contacted Trademasters to come back out. I was given their phone number to reschedule an appointment.I called them at 11am and got a voicemail that their agents were busy and I would get a phone call back in the order it was received. I still had the technicians cell phone number from the week before so I called him directly. He said he couldnt really remember us (uh, it was a week ago) but he would have his office call me.Fast forward 4 hours later, the A/C completely stops working. This is July in southern Louisiana. It is now 90 degrees INSIDE my house! I called them again. Straight to voicemail. I called the technician again, he says he told the office and doesnt know why they arent calling me back. I call American Home Shield again apparently Trademasters answers the phone for them but tells them they wont come until Friday (today is Tuesday). I call the technician back and he will no longer pick up the phone for me.These people are not only incompetent, but have some of the poorest customer service I have ever encountered! If the technician had done his job the 1st time instead of being lazy we wouldnt be in this situation. Now instead, I am supposed to endure 3 days in a 90 degree house when I have a small child and 2 dogs.NEVER use this company! Terrible service, no professionalism, inept and lazy!

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE,,,I would give them zero stars if I can. A tech came out to my house 3 times to look at my heater, and look is all he did. We were having issues with our heater not wanting to work properly, not wanting to come on unless you took the cover off the heater that was by the flame. So every time the tech came out he would take the cover off, the heater would work properly, he put the cover on and leave and the heater wouldnt work. I have a contract with American Home Shield, so they were the ones that chose the tech and sent him out. Like I said the guy came out 3 times and did absoloutely nothing, didnt check the thermostat, try to check any wires, HE DID NOTHING.... Like I said, he came out, took the cover off the heater turned it on and said it worked fine. After coming out 3 times, he tells A.H.S, he WASNT coming back out here, because he WAS WASTING his time. That pushed some major buttons. So, on attempting to cancel my contract with A.H.S, they asked if they can send someone else out for us to look at our heater,,, so of course we agreed, they sent a tech out from Express Heating & Air, and this tech did more in 5 minutes than the tech form Trademasters did in the 3 times he was here. Took off the thermostat, took the cover off thats by the flame, checked everything out that he thought would or could be wrong. AND GUESS WHAT,, IT WAS THE FLAME SENOR.... So I will not, do not recommend Trademasters....... they need to send all of their techs back to training school and reteach them on how to properly work on, fix, look at heaters/A.C. this company or the techs are horrible,, I wouldnt call them again if my house was on fire, they probably come out and say, oh no, your house is fine, the fire isnt bad, your house is okAnd I am not the type to write bad reviews, but this company is horrible...

Technician was supposed to come back to check why A/C after he put the Freon was not cold enough, he did not came back, I called several time never returned my cals l, Saul was the name of technician.them Homshield told me that they refused to come back, declined the recall...rate bad worse of all.
