I was on vacation and decided to get a pedicure and replace my dipping powder manicure. Pedicure was very fast and sloppy. Manicure was ok but they filed my nails in a different shape without asking and the surface was not smooth. I guess I’m spoiled by the detail and precision I get from my regular nail tech at home.

My toe nails look like a 2 year old cut and polished them. My nails are VERY crooked and I have polished all over my toes. Never again

This is one of the BEST nail places in the Biddeford area. Funny they choose the perfect name. Nina and her husband the owner are so sweet. Its a family operated establishment. I walk in and i feel like family. Love everyone, they are so nice and they give beautiful Manis,pedis and waxings.

Had a good experienced at best nails because it had good service which a boy I saw there was good at. Friendly people, which they all smile a lot. Clean environment, they had screens on the pedicure chairs which I thought was fascinating and the nail salon look clean

My mother and I came in on a Wednesday afternoon. The ladies working said they were free and we were the only people in the salon. After telling us one price it came to a higher price upon checkout. Not even the upsetting part. I asked for the ANC style dip which was done very badly. A cheap clear was used primarily, not evenly applied what so ever. Then when it came to the aqua color I wanted, she did one partial dip and a second dip not even fully covering the nail. I have special difference on each nail not even covered by color. Next let’s get into shape. We all know several styles have gone around, I expressed that I would like a coffin/ballerina style shape. What I got was different, Uneven shaped nails on every finger. Two out of the 10 nails look like they were done appropriately. The woman my mom had actually rushed her out of the chair as her appointment walked in, why would you take a walk-in with the appointment coming? Now I spent $90 on two sets of nails and mine make me want to cry. Not only because of the sloppy, unprofessional job and horrendous look, but because I had fairly decent shaped nails to begin with and they ruined them. I have to pay to go get them fixed the right way at this point. Please be advised I wouldn’t send my worst enemy here.

Im new to the area and tried this place on a recommendation. I did a pedicure and a pink and white fill. My nails started lifting after a few days. I dont generally write reviews...I normally just dont go back. And I wont. I could have gone back and had them fix my nails but whats the point?

This place is great. The staffs are very nice and doing excellent job on nails which i would recommend coming here. (Best nails)

I went to this salon because I was desperate and my regular salon was booked all day. Now I know why they were able to get me in. They didnt use clippers to trim my toe nails, they used the tool that they usually use in the corners. As a result, it hurt and I had some minor cuts on my toes, which I have never experienced in years of having pedicures at French Nails & Spa. They were also more expensive. My nails look fine, but the experience was not altogether pleasant.

I have been going to Best Nails for my nail care and eyebrow waxing for over 15 years. Always great, clean, and friendly service. Highly recommend!

Nails look great and clean and good environment

I had the owner do my nails last Friday so they would be ready for my wedding. He did a horrible job. Almost all of the nails are pointing up! I should have listened to my mother and asked for Lam. He did my sisters nails and they were wonderful....I am very upset. Cant believe I paid $45 for this crap job!

One of the person name Trinh was very respectful and she did my nails very well.

To my opinion it was great and it was a affordable/fair price.

Nails didnt even last me a week

I went to Best Nails because my normal salon wasnt open due to a snow storm. Bad decision. I wanted tips with dip powder. They ignored my request and didnt put tips on then proceeded to file my nails way lower then I wanted. I even showed them a picture as an example of what I wanted. I was told, that was just a picture. I requested an ombre french manicure with the dip powder and the end result was this mottled mess and was in no way a gradual change from the light pink to the white tip. I was so horrified with the result and said I could not possibly leave with that on my nails as I have to look professional at my job. As my confidence in their ability to perform an ombre color transition wavered I told them a solid color is just fine as a replacement. BUT instead of removing the initial failed attempt they just dremmeled it down and put the new color on top. The result was the lumpiest nail job I have even received. Color was all over my cuticle. I just wanted to get out of there at that point. The tips were crooked and I ended up having to file them straight when I got home. To top it off they cut me on the side of my finger right next to my nail. Hands down the worst salon experience I have ever had. I didnt patronize any of their other surfaces so they may be great, but PLEASE, learn from my experience and do not get a dip polish at this establishment.
