The truck was fine and the employees were nice however the rental was significantly more expensive than I was anticipating. I have rented from U-Haul for personal and business purposes in the past but it has never been as expensive as this experience. Once I received the bill I called and asked, they said different stores have different rates :/I needed a small truck for 3 hours and drove about 40 miles in the process, the total was about $80 (not including insurance) + fuel.Im not very upset, its just that the advertised price was super low and they seemed find any reason to x4 the bill. I would have just rented the truck from Home Depot for $20 had I known.

Very easy online reservation system. Great service on pick-up and drop off. Highly recommend this Uhaul dealer.

There are only 2 U-hauls available here and one is broken down..... also the girl behind the counter has no clue what shes doing regarding the u-haul rentals....

Was able to stop in last minute to rent their truck. They may only have 1 or 2 trucks at this location though.

Took forever to get the keys. Really, who puts a uhaul in another buisness venue. One uhaul location was a tool store and another a gas station every time i go they have customers for the other business when Im trying to work on a tight moving schedule and I have to wait for them to upsell craftsman hammers and scratch offs.
