They responded promptly, and had Alex come out basically next day who helped us identify and close the entry points to our crawlspace, spray for ants and spiders and gave tips and advice. Wonderful experience with this company. Very friendly, honest and knowledgeable about the type of bees I had living by my front door. Actually told me that no treatment was necessary as these bees were harmless, but offered suggestions as to how to move them peacefully if I desired to do so. No charge for that. No upselling. I will not hesitate to call them in the future.

Alex is super and trustable. He is way better than any door-to-door salesperson from a pest company.

We first reviewed my issues and she gave me a very detailed explanation of the service they were going to provide. She then gave me a very reasonable quote for the service and from there set up my appointment.Alex arrived on time and ready to go, he reviewed the areas I had problems and quickly treated and set traps as appropriate. When the inspection was complete Alex reviewed my troubled areas and gave me a detailed mapping of my property and what needed to be done to prevent future pest. After six or seven months of trying to take care of our ant problem on our own without success, we decided to go the Pro route. AB Pest Control lives up to their reviews. Its been about 2 weeks since the first visit where they found multiple OHA nests around our home.Now it is a rare thing to see an ant, and the follow up treatment today should finish the job. Even with all the virus madness they were always great to work with. While we were not excited about needing pest control, it is comforting that we found a good one.
