As usual, my visit was very efficient and complete. I got x-rays that didnt stretch my mouth all out of shape, or hurt. The cleaning was focused, complete, and gently performed. It was nice to see the Doctor and his wife if only briefly. I always look forward to my appointments. I was happy to hear that, I had no cavities and healthy gums. What better visit is there?

I had an emergency where my crown fell off at work, and Dr. Mark’s office got me in within two hours to have it fixed! I get very anxious at the dentist, but both Mark and the dental assistant, Janine, were very kind and gentle! I left within an hour of getting in the chair, and completely pain free! I have been coming to this practice since I was a child, and don’t see myself ever going anywhere else!

I used to dislike going to the dentist, now I look forward to it. Dr. D is the most caring gentle dentist Ive ever gone to and his office manager Sally is top notch. I would highly recommend them, and they are currently accepting new patients.

After dealing with an unbearable tooth pain throughout the night. I called Dr. Danzigers office and they fit me right in away even though I was a new patient. During these covid times, Dr Danziger is great as usual, but the covid safety precautions they took amazing, Hand sanitizer all over, along with wipes and of course the 6 foot separation, always feel safe and comfy going to visit the dentist or having teeth cleaning there !!!!!

This appointment was the first Ive had since COVID, and the staff and Dr Danziger were wonderful as always.They were very conscious and careful, with precautions in place to keep the staff and their patients safe. Like any place I go now, Im worried about COVID precautions. I was very happy to see how careful Dr. Danzigers office is being - calling from the parking lot, one patient in the waiting room at a time with a mask, plenty of hand sanitizer, and PPE for the dental staff. As always, everyone was friendly, helpful, and treated me like family. Great cleaning and it didnt take too long.

I was uncertain to what I was going to encounter when arriving. I was very pleased with the receptionists courtesy and prompt actions. The speed of the service is also notable as I had an 11am appointment and was seen early.(***Bonus***). Going in I knew I would need quite a bit of work to be done. The dentists went over everything and made me feel comfortable. I look forward to my next appointment. PS the prices are more reasonable than other dentists I have looked at. Would you believe it---I dislike going to dentists! However, my appointments with Dr. Danziger are actually PLEASANT. Its strange but true. How can this be? Well, he listens to his patients and responds professionally and respectfully. But, most importantly, my teeth are in great shape which my beautiful smile reveals.

I was impressed with my experience at the office from the moment I walked through the door! The staff at the front desk were helpful and kind. Dr. Popovich and his assistant, Jenna, were attentive, professional and delightful! They made our interactions pleasant and relaxing without me ever having the stereotypical awkward dental experience of being asked a question while the dentist’s hands are in my mouth :). It was one of the best experiences I’ve had in a dentist’s chair. I got excellent dental care and my mouth looks and feels great. I visited this dentist once. It was an unusually painful visit, but I was overall quite happy with the service, the professionalism and nature of the dentist, and convenience. I booked my 6 month follow up that day.Two days before my return appointment, I called because I was going to be 15 minutes late. They told me that was unacceptable and that Id have to reschedule. When I tried to reschedule (any day after 3pm) they said there were NO appointments available for the next SIX MONTHS after 3pm, and that theyd call me if someone cancelled. 4 months later I had yet to receive a call, so I decided to call back and try to make a new one. I was informed that there were NO appointments available for SIX MONTHS after 3pm (the office is open until 5:30). I inquired - if there are NEVER any appointments available after 3pm, how is it possible for people to obtain them, thus preventing me from having one? How can they book up if they are never there (at least not in the past 10 months) to begin with? The receptionist condescendingly stated well Denise (my name is Danielle) its just that time of day! I informed them that I would be finding a new dentist.You know what, now that I think about it, the dentist did say well find a way to fix that crooked smile COMPLETELY unsolicited, which was a little offensive.

You know how you check your upcoming appointments on your schedule to see what is next hoping there isnt any doctor visits? Well, in my case, when a dentist visit is near I dont feel that way. My recent visit with Dr. Danzigers office for a check up, cleaning and x-rays went very well as expected and a new dental hygienist, Brandi, took care of my cleaning and did my x-rays. She, and all the staff, made me feel very relaxed, answered my questions and explained the procedures along with helpful suggestions. This is always how things go with visits here and I would recommend this dental practice to anyone hoping for an excellent experience that leaves you confident that you received quality care and attention.

On my first visit Dr Popovich was very professional he explained my options and the staff was there to work with my insurance company, they even sent me to a oral surgeon after the appointment to make sure my insurance would cover the cost. They never once said sign this bill and we will start the work I was very impressed.

Lisa cleaned my teeth and was gentle and thorough. I usually see Dr. Danziger but Dr. Popovitch took care of me this time, and he was great. I recommend them highly. If you dont have insurance they have a monthly coverage plan that is very affordable and covers cleanings and X-rays.

Have a very rigid schedule and I always appreciate their ability to accommodate me. Hygienist is fantastic and I trust the dentist quite a bit as theyve taken great care of some serious issues Ive had.

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Danziger since he was fresh out of dental school and will continue to make the drive from the Southtowns to Kenmore. He is very meticulous and as conservative as possible with my dental care. Everyone is always warm and welcoming and Caroline keeps my teeth shining clean!

My Experience with this Dentist over 3 years has been excellent! I am writing this because I truly mean it. I generally I never write reviews but because he has treated my dental nightmares with true care & solved serious issues that I had. I just felt compelled too. Thank you Dr. Danziger for all the care that you have shown me. Wish you nothing but the best. I cant recommend you enough!!

They scheduled an appt for my wife incorrectly 6 months ago and it wasnt covered by our insurance company since it was 3 days before the 6 month date unbeknownst to us until we got a bill in the mail from this dentist. I called and they admitted they made mistake and had us call the insurance company a few times to figure out a way to get them to pay as they knew we were not going to pay out of pocket for something that should have been 100% covered due to their mistake. Luckily my wife was pregnant and we found a loop hole to get an extra cleaning within 6 months to have the insurance company pay which took 3-4 lengthy phone calls with the insurance company to make that happen on the dentists office behalf. Then recently at the most recent appt my wife was 37 weeks pregnant, and her mother took off of work to watch our kids and traveled from Rochester just to find out when she arrived that they rescheduled the appt and never bothered to tell anyone. They refused to take her. Someone in the waiting room felt horrible and offered to give up their spot for my wife but they said they couldnt do it because of insurance dates. We spent a lot of time to try and help out this dentist office to not lose out on money for their past mistake by dealing with our insurance company and yet again they made another mistake and caused my wife at 37 weeks pregnant to cry and made other people waste time for another mistake they made. Please keep in mind, no issue with the Dentist. The issue is with the staff that handles the insurance and scheduling as they seem to not have their act together. Because of this my wife is leaving this practice due to all the headaches they have caused us.

Just returned from an amazing appointment. Zero wait time. Plus, the doctor had done specific research into my medical/dental concerns. A truly caring person.

Call for an abcessed tooth at 6Am. Dr. called back within the hour and saw me by 9Am. Super staff paid extra attention as pain was making me feel light head and nauseous. Everything was thoroughly explained and I left feeling well looked after. To top it off, the Dr. call later that evening to see how I was feeling!!!! This office is a keeper!

He transformed my smile by designing a permanent bridge for my missing front tooth. It is so natural looking, no one notices. I can now eat apples and smile a lot. He replaced many of my troublesome silver fillings, with new non mercury ones. I have had NO problems with the Crowns he designed for my badly deteriorated teeth. His periodic preventative services has led to fewer problems and improved my dental health. Dr. Danziger is at the top of his profession. I Highly recommend his Dental Services and Bridgework.

I have been a patient for a few years but I am writing this review because my wife became a patient of theirs today. She had not been to a dentist in almost a decade before today and was not looking forward to this appointment. When she got home there was a noticable difference in her demeanor as she was smiling a whole lot more because she was so proud to have her teeth cleaned and taken care of. She has had nothing but great things to say about Dr. Popovich and the staff at this office.

Hes always there with a smile (not so ironically: he has great teeth) and always wants to know how everything is going. He takes his time to make sure that everything is up to snuff and I always feel better about my teeth when hes finished.There are plenty of dentists out there, but he and his team are the best Ive been to.
