This service is a real mixed bag review. John did show up on time and did a great job cleaning my blinds. My blinds are very old and I dont think theyve ever been cleaned before. Apparently they were very brittle as two of the handles broke off leaving me unable to open and close the mini blinds. Ill take responsibility for that because I know they are old. Two of the valances could not be rehung because the clips were old, it would be great customer service to have a stack of those in the truck to sell so the customer does not have to go hunting for them at the store. In my case I have curtains over the blinds and you cant see where they are missing anyway.I was concerned that John was not masked up and he was coughing that made me very nervous. He also stepped on a tile and broke it and when I called it to his attention he said oh is that what that was. I think John is probably a good man and the service and price weregood, I felt he was just lacking professionalism.

John is on time my carpet was in despair and by the time he was done it looked brand new I had some dog soiled stains and those disappeared right after the steam hit it all in all John did a very beautiful job I would recommend him to anybody

I called A thoroughbred carpet cleaning today because I had an appointment with another company and they cancelled on me at the last minute. John was so considerate and made time in his busy schedule to fit me in. I have never had my carpet cleaned so thoroughly. He did an amazing job, took care of all the pet odors my primary concern, and was such a pleasant man to have met. I strongly recommend him and will definitely use his service is moving forward. He obviously takes much pride in his work and the price was extremely fair. Thank you so much, my carpet looks like brand new!Keri

John is terrible. Didnt bring a hose long enough to work in a standard townhome. Basically is unprepared and has zero customer service. I have no idea why anyone would work with him.AVOID at all costs.

Hi, I was in the carpet cleaning business for years and was IICRC certified. John came and cleaned my carpets and I watched him . No pre vacuuming, no prespray, no agitation and didnt vacuum. The edges . I have him a one star in carpet cleaning . then he pressure washed my ashalt drive way which is 200 ft. Long and in beautiful shape or at least was . He pressure washed it way to aggressive and not only striped the sealer off he gouged it severely leaving marks and gouges all over it. Trying to meet him there to show him, he threatened me and called me names . this guy is bad news and I would ever use him again and now Im having to file a claim against him . something that could have been worked out had his kept his cool and been honest . no stars in pressure washing and attitude .
