I had the deluxe combo manicure, pedicure because there was a hot stone and hot towel massage. Well, not worth the extra money. Just rubbing each feet for 30 seconds. Also, I dont know what its wrong with the nail polish, I sat 25 minutes under a fan to dry, well even an hour later the polish was not dry and of course was ruined.

Im really bummed out. My first experience was really nice. I loved my nails. Well, one of my nails broke like 2 days later so I came in to get it fixed. The put a tip on and the powder then painted it. No filing, nothing. Its all lumpy and misshapen. They didnt even look at my other hand for comparison... its adhered to my finger even... EDIT: Im also adding that I left them a $60.00 tip after getting my nails done the first time. This is a below sub-par nail fix. Absolutely unacceptable

I also very much enjoyed the entire experience. There were a few local regulars who were there and chatting it up. I loveddd my visit there and will probably make this my go-to here!

She fit me first thing in the morning, day before request. I cant tell you how grateful I was because I literally had minimum time!She is very thoughtful and thorough.

Leaving this review on behalf of my girlfriend who spent top dollar (and tip) on a *horrendous* nail repair job. I mean, just look at the photo. They literally slapped the broken piece back on with elmers glue and called it a day. The Northshore Pub next door probably could have done a better job.

Let me start by saying im not one to post negative reviews... but i had the Worst experience. There was an altercation between a customer and the nail tech about the color the customer had brought in herself. I was waiting in the waiting area, when the NAIL TECH came up to me, and tried to bring me in the middle of their dissagreement..it made me VERY uncomfortable and I just left.

To many went wrong to even take the time to write a loud them. Absolutely terrible experience start to finish. I had them remove my polish before I left and wouldn’t let them repaint. Just terrible, don’t waste your time or money. TRUST ME JUST DON’T! Also absolutely no covid protocols. No cleaning of anything. Cleaned the hot stones in my dirty foot water before putting them away. 🤢

The decor is super cute and the staff are incredibly professional and friendly. The wax /hot hand massage was great, however, the polish seemed messy to be honest. See pictures. I prepaid/tipped so I wouldn’t get my fingers messy from digging in my wallet. Average.

I love this place, I live wayyy too close 😂. I come in with a picture, and I get an estimate price and Kevin goes to town creating his beautiful artwork on my nails! If youre unhappy with the shape or color they will fix it! They want you to enjoy your nails and they work really hard and have high standards. They are kind and keep the studio clean and organized! They take good steps to keep everyone socially distanced and safe! Hannah is super sweet and makes good conversation. I love this place!!! Good prices and excellent quality!

2 of my nails broke down the next day without barely using them!! I was traveling and werent able to return to store to complain about them in person ! Very very poor quality, very disappointed!

I do not normally write negative reviews but that was the worst waxing experience Ive ever had. It was extremly painful and left me with red sores on my body. I am so dissapointed with the service:( Also, I felt the ladies were unprofessional during service, speaking and laughing in their native language and not paying much attention when treating my sensitive areas. Sadly, I wont be returning.

I called on Friday evening to schedule an appointment and made it for Monday morning at 10. I got there five minutes before my appointment and when I walked in they said “oh sorry we can’t do your nails today he doesn’t work, come back tomorrow, we were going to call you”. If they couldn’t do my nails they should have called when they first opened at 9:00 not say they were going to call me at the time my appointment was! I was really disappointed I had this appointment scheduled for my day off before I had to go back to work!

Do NOT go here for lash extensions. I’m sure they do a wonderful job with nails considering the reviews for the overall salon, but lash extensions & other lash amenities, no. They do not know what they are doing. I had to get them removed because they were put on so poorly.

Friendly staff. The deluxe spa Pedicure is great ! I enjoyed the foot massage Charlie technique uses pressure point foot and lower leg maassage. The recent interior face lift looks good. Nail service range from regular to glitter and more. For a while I was getting the mirror polish.

They recently did a remodeling to their salon and it looks great. Great atmosphere and ambiance feel with a very friendly group of gals. Always enjoyed their customer service. Perfect place to go with a group of friends . I havent had the chance to try their massage service but my husband said he enjoyed it when he last had a car accident and they helped relieved his constant muscles spasms.Id recommend calling and making an appointment ahead of time in case theyre busy (especially on sunny days) since they have a big salon. Cause when its busy it gets real busy. But they are also very accommodating in accepting walk-ins even if they are short handed.They are one of the few businesses id spend my time writing a good review for. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who enjoys genuine customer service. Sometimes they have specials so ask! Doesnt hurt right?

I moved to Kenmore about 6 month, been some nails salon but I not satisfied.Finally I found this place is my regular salon to treat my nails. Kevin did fantastic acrylic nails, the lady did my pedicure very good job, very relaxing with foot massage and hot rock. Highly recommended.

WORST HAIRCUT OF MY LIFE!! Nail service is fine but hair dresser completely incompetent! I asked for a trim of my mid back length hair & walked out with a frizzy uneven cut above my shoulders. I can’t even pull it all back! I told her I wear my hair naturally curly just as I was wearing it when I walked in. She blow-dried it WITHOUT a defuser, brushed it out (not even an unwanted attempt with a straightener, a BRUSH!) & applied zero product. I should’ve walked out when I saw the poor teenage girl customer before me looked like she came from a bad dog groomer. She didn’t consult me on what style I wanted before another person washed my hair & then she worked very quickly. I went home & ugly cried for hours. I get married in 2 months & now I won’t have my beautiful long hair on my wedding day. 😭

I asked for a trim and the lady cut off like 3 inches. She also doesnt know how to cut layers which is probably why she kept cutting and making it shorter. When using a blow-dryer, she waves it around like crazy. My hair is so uneven and Im upset about it. Will never be returning.

I have to say this Solon is the worst one I never met in Seattle. This afternoon I had a very horrible experience there.1. The horrible product.I told the lady I want to color my hair and cover my grey color. She recommended one color dark brown. But when she applied it on my hair, there was a pungent smell from their color product. And about the effect, I think you can find from my picture, it covered nothing about my grey hair.2. Bad serviceShe never asked me would you want a bottle of water. I stayed there almost 90 minutes.And I even couldnt find any smile on this Vietnamese ladys face.She also answered the phone at least 3 times during coloring and washing my hair.After washing my hair, she tried to make my hair straight, but you know I had told her I want to keep my nature curly hair.So, I have to say its the worst salon in the whole Seattle.And besides, such a bad salons charge is not low if you want color.

We showed up in a large group, so maybe they were overwhelmed, but they barely held it together for our nails. They would often leave some of us half complete for a half hour while they tried to work on someone else. I was very clear about what I wanted and the lady tried to give me a French manicure when I never asked for one?? I got gems glued on my nails and they barely were stuck on. Some fell off that very day. The group was a bridal party, and the bride immediately experienced chipping on her nails. They could barely achieve the nail details we asked for and everyone walked away disappointed by their experience. Don’t waste your money or time.

I went for a pedicure because of foot pain and also accepted the offer of a manicure. Hannah had given me a wonderful haircut so my appointment was with her. When I arrived she asked if it was okay if someone else did the pedicure and a readily agree. It was wonderful and they included a foot, lower leg and arm massage. Two people did it at same time, one on hands and one on feet, so it went fast. And I got all three -- haircut, pedi and mani... ALL for the price I had been paying elsewhere just for a haircut. They have a huge array of colors polish, and it has lasted extremely well. I am headed back very soon.

My mother and I had been coming for years and as time has gone on they have gone down hill. We had gone in today and one of the women cut the tip of my moms toe off to the point I will have to go in for stitches. I am so unhappy and will not be going back!

Get services at your OWN RISK!!!!They do a lovely job but will add fees and services after the fact and use their language barrier as a way to hide their scam. I had it happen to me and while I was having this issue another woman was complaining of the same thing and said she has just come to accept it from them.NOT ME. I need to warn future women trying to treat themselves only to be ripped off.I just had to file a fraud charge with my bank because this company ripped me off.Here is what happened:Before we start the appointment I notify the nail artist that I am on a strict budget. She (the receptionist and self proclaimed owner) gives me a package deal of $60 for shellac set mani/pedi and we begin.Halfway through he (the nail tech) asks for my debit card. I figure it was so I do not damage my nails trying to get it out at the end. Now I know it is so they can secure the information so they can charge you whatever they want.I ask for a gel set with a top coat of glitter. In all my years getting my nails done I have never been charged extra to use a glitter topcoat.I asked if it is more expensive and he says same price and so I said said I wanted a gold top coat- I mean who doesnt love glitter right?As we are moving from finishing polish on my nails to my toes I ask to pick out my shellac for my toes. She says no shellac, only regular. I ask her why sine I chose that on my hand and she said, I never said we would do that, now it will be $45 for hand and another $45 for feet. AFTER they had finished half the service they changed the price.I asked them to stop because I wanted to clarify what was happening. The owner totally changed the deal she was offering me but after the fact so I would be forced to pay. AND NOW I REALIZE THEY HAVE MY CARD! Great.I asked why they did not say anything AT THE TIME that I was getting it done. Something like this will be extra, and will be more than $60. Are you okay with that? would have changed the whole situation.They charged me $45 for something they quoted me $30 for, and I never could get my pedi before work because it was a Sunday.I disputed the charge. I cant do anything else at this point.
