Rented an apartment here for a year and a half. The front desk staff and maintenance personnel were always quick, helpful, and really made it feel like a community. The complex itself is well-maintained there is no garbage or vagrants. Central location is good, will become better when Traffic clears. Ultimately a great place to rent!

The community is well maintained and quiet, units have balconies or yards. The property manager, Tracy, is very attentive. Close to a beautiful park and boat launch. Great Location. HOWEVER Weider may lease a nearby apartment a neighbor that does not enhance the community. Once in the community you will be subject to the violations by this tenant and your only resolution is to find a new place to live.

Very disappointed with the condition of my apartment when I arrived. I am still dealing with maintenance issues after three weeks that are not fixed. The grounds are the best part of this complex.

This place is a rip off there are 0 visitor parking spots ever available for people that actually pay 2000$ a month rent there and then they tow ur car when u have to park on the side. Dont waste ur money here not worth it these people will steal your money
