This company is unethical and does not appreciate or value their employees. I have always heard that you can judge a company by how they treat the people who clean their offices, and at northeastern center they treat their lower level employees with indifference and apathy. I have never worked in such a toxic work environment and would not recommend NEC for treatment or employment. They skate the line of ethics and build their financial portfolio on the backs of their employees by paying low wages and providing scant benefits.
