I have previously always used Jiffy Lube. I came from another state where I would always get the Pennzoil Ultra Platinum. When I visited here I asked for the same thing and sat in my car while they did it. I noticed the guy was putting SHELL ROTELLA in my car which is supposed to be taking a full synthetic 5w30. I asked him if this was the ultra plat because it was a rotella box, and he said it was just in a different box.After trusting him, I left and proceeded about my day. ~500 miles later my car was 3 quarts low and the underside was completely dry. I returned and they said they “didn’t carry the ultra plat any more”. Then what the hell was put in my car? I’ve ran multiple oil consumption tests since with the CORRECT oil and they’ve all checked out. 1/5 never returning

I love this location! I would highly recommend coming here for any car related issue that they handle. I live an hour away, and pass 4 other Jiffy Lubes… and still get all my issues handled by the team at the Kendallville store.The service is affordable, it’s quick, and I’ve never had a problem in the last 3/4 years I’ve been going here.I have about 252,700 miles on my Diesel Truck I’ve gotten mostly all of my work done at this location, I completely trust there work/service.

I’ve been going to this location for over 6 years and just recently I’ve had some concerns with my service. Eric immediately reached out in a professional manner and was courteous and genuine about keeping me happy. Will definitely continue to be a customer.

Everything was great, except would have given 5 stars if they hadnt sprayed and left cleaner on front windshield and cabin mirror. Had to stop and buy glass cleaner to get it off.

I stopped here on my hour long lunch break to get an oil change. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. The guys who waited on me were so friendly! They didn’t try to pressure me into purchasing more than I needed. I will definitely be back!

I have relied on Jiffy Lube of Kendallville, IN since moving nearby 4 years ago. They have not disappointed me in the care of my high mileage 17 year old Honda Civic HX. I trust them for repair and maintenance beyond oil changes. During my latest oil change they reattached my rear view mirror for me (which I inexplicably had knocked loose and could not even find the missing screws) and they did so at no extra charge. I appreciate their care and concern for my safety!

They serviced my car in a friendly and timely manner. They were very help and explained the cost of replacing my taillight upfront.

I only come here because I get to interact with real people that communicate effectively and pleasantly. They tell you what you need, are open about what you dont need, and provide their services quicker than any competitor Ive worked with. As a pizza boy with a tight schedule and frequent car needs, Im glad they always have my back.

I have a 2019 vehicle that I keep very neat. Went in for an oil change the other day, the employees came to me with a concern. While vaccuming my floors. They lift out my thick nice rubber floor mat to do so, which I have to protect from things getting into and on the carpet. They asked if I had spilled anything or left my windows down because it was extremely damp under the mat. I answered that no and I hadnt. Suggested my AC might be blocked. As it turns out that was the case. I never would have even known or noticed. If they wouldnt have brought it to my attention. Because of the floor mats, an my car ac worked and vehicle were running fine. Thank you guys soo much!

Receipt said interior was vacuumed and windows washed but they very obviously were not. Now I’m questioning if they really changed the filters? They were very nice and things were done exceptionally fast.

Was pleased by the Kendallville Jiffy Lube. They were not pushy about getting other things done. All I wanted was my oil changed. and thats what they did. Thank you Jiffy Lube for being open on Sundays and the extra quick service!

I was absolutely pleased by the friendly service today! Even though the goal for this type of service is to be quick and efficient, I never felt rushed. It seems like lately most businesses or service centers just want to get you in and out, and then get your money. I did not feel that way here. Everyone was kind and friendly and I felt like they took good care of me. Thank you so much for everything!

Work completed was great and good price. Was given estimate for new tires and new brakes. Was told that front brakes were in the “red” and needed to be done right away. However when my husband checked brakes and changed them they were only a quarter of the way worn. They DIDNT need replacing at all. VERY DISAPPOINTED that Tony would recommend something that wasn’t needed to just get business.

Staff was friendly and service was quick. Very disappointed that I requested the cheapest oil change available and was charged $52 which is not the cheapest they offer. For that reason, I will be going elsewhere in the future.

I always go to Jiffy Lube. Yes Its more expensive, but you get what you pay for. You dont wait a long time time, like you do at Walmart. They have Excellent service: fast, qualified, friendly, and price is perfect for what they do. They go above and beyond for their customers: New and Existing.

I went in today for an oil change and needed to get some tires balanced. The person who helped me was extremely friendly and helpful. The service was quick and Im always happy with the service there!

Manager shared with me the debrie shield was falling off. I told him I paid for that debrie shield to be replaced. Come to find out a garage replaced it with a cheaper version and charged me for a premium shield. Needless to say I wasnt happy when I went back to that garage.

The initial technician, Eric, who spoke with me throughout the service was very knowledgeable and professional. They explain every point of service, as they go, giving you the option WITHOUT ANY PRESSURE to have the work performed while you are there. Even though I did not opt for any additional recommendations, Eric was happy to provide me with a list and pricing for the services.He even set me up as a VIP customer, as i brought in two vehicles that morning. Great place, great group of guys. I just recently started going there with our family vehicles. So far they are always very thorough with their inspections, they are quick with the jobs they do, they dont try n sell me extra services that I dont need either. They let me decide on what it is I want done n respect MY decision, which means alot being a woman in a mans auto shop. Alot of the times dudes will try to push services you dont need on you. They are very polite & professional as well. This is for the Kville location.

I had to put my car in the spot for the oil change and had a hard time. The associates did it for me and had me wait in my car for the oil change. That let me know that the air filter needed changed so it was more than I expected.

I called before taking my car over and they told me they could get my car in next. I brought the car over dropped it off and came back 2 hours later to pick up the car and they hadnt even started work on it. The reason I got was that the cars just started coming in and they didnt have time. Im sorry but I think if my car was their first it should get in before the cars that get there after it. Dont waste your time.
