As a plant Manager who uses this service, I can honestly say these ladies do a great job at attempting to fill vital roles. Both Jackie and Vickie have been instrumental In listening to our needs and wants for our facility. He started out in Warsaw Indiana but made. the switch to the Kendallville office.My husband Dericks job assignment is located in shipshewana Indiana. To.date its best pay rate he has ever received. And he doing a job he loves Forklift and he is very good at it.I want to share something very personal about how this job. You see my husband has worked in factories most of his adult life. He has never done else but factories our entire marriage..This is our story. For the past two years my husbands health has been declining to the point where he was struggling to breathe and was constantly couching..We went to doctors and the doctor response to my husbands question was to find a new career because he was just getting too old for factory work.But I knew my husband to well. I knew he couldnt just walk away from the only work he had ever known.So I started searching for new jobs and came across Express Employment. At first I was not going to apply because I knew it was factory work.So we talked it over hoping this one would be our pot of gold and it was. The two ladies who help my husband was Jackie and Vicky.and job assignment was located in shipshewana Indiana an hour and a half drive from Huntington to Shipshewana.At first I wasnt thrilled with my husband going so far away but boy am I glad we took. a leap of faith.My husband found his honey pot. To start it was the first time he had a good paying job and second it was a job he was very good at Forklift. It was also the first time he got the job he had applied for.He has been there for about 2 weeks. But Last night was the first I noticed he wasnt run down or was struggling to breathe and he didnt couch at all .So. I asked him if he found something that was helping him and he went on to explain about how very clean the factory was and no dust or other thing in the air that can set him into a couching fit. He also went on to explain how the employees were treated.And first thing that went through my head was oh no but I was wrong because he totally floored me when he said the supervisor care and company goes to great legth keeping the employees happy.Now with all that being said. I will say this Im so grateful to express Employment for assigning this job to my husband. Switching to the Kendallville office was best thing my husband ever did. So thank you 💖
