Have been a customer for 10 years. Wont go back after this experience. For my last 4 oil changes I have said my brakes seem off... they have assured me everything was OK. This time, I was going in for a hole in my exhaust, I asked again to check the brakes as they seemed off still. Mind you I bought my terrain new, it has 100k miles and brakes have never been replaced. They told me my brakes were so bad that all 4 roaters needed replaced too! I should never have had to replace the roaters. If the brakes were changed when I complained of a noise, I would just have had to pay for new brakes. Now I have an $800 bill for 4 new brakes and roaters. Ill never go back. I feel like Ive been conned.

Even though it took 7 months to get our trucks the team at Shephards kept us up to date as news came to them. Once the trucks came in they pushed our truck through the line to get them to us in amazing fashion. Both trucks or beautiful and ready for work.

Took my truck in for an airbag recall that i only have owned for a month. They swapped it out the 2 days later my airbag light came on. Called them and they told me it had nothing to do with what they did and that it would cost over $100 to diagnose the problem and a few $100 for labor and parts

Shepard’s went above and beyond with my Silverado. I won’t take my vehicles anywhere else for body work. The team was quick to respond and very professional.

It started with Nathan Nix body shop manager. About a year ago I had my 2014 Silvardo in the body shop for repairs. When I went to pick up the truck after it was done I noticed the check engine light was on. So I took the truck back to Nathan, and he indicated that it was probably a rodent had chewed on a cable. Shepherds fixed the cable at no additional cost. Im a person who can appreciates honesty, and that was the reason why I went with Shepherds. Gavin McGuire did an excellent job of finding me the vehicle that I purchased., and very pleased with the truck. Good job Gavin!!

I scheduled a 52000 mile service, plus an oil change and tire rotation. I am unsure if the 52000 mile service was performed since the paperwork provided to me didnt specify that it was done. I had questions about my infotainment center not working properly, was told I had to schedule it for being checked when it wasnt working properly, and there would be a $120 charge for diagnostics performed. As my issue is intermittent, and resets when I turn the car off, how exactly am I expected to do this? Pretty unsatisfactory on a vehicle I purchased less than a year ago.

Got my oil changed, they did it on time and washed my truck. thumbs up

They had my car for 2 months for a collision repair. If you dont mind waiting that long then thats the place to go.

My right front window would not go up so I came in on a Tuesday for some help and Corey, from Service and Brandon from the garage put it up for me. Then I asked about an oil change and tire rotation and got it in that following Thursday. Everyone was very nice.

I am so glad that my wife and I found such a great dealership that is honest and as hard working on getting my family and I in the right vehicle for our needs. Took a little long for a routine diagnostic/repair but I guess they were waiting for some mud flaps (mine are currently cracked), but they couldnt get them in that day.Still everything went great.

Very poor experience.went in to hopefully buy a new car and Byron was very aggressive and quite rude. My husband asked if they were firm on their discount they were giving on their offer. Byron told my husband he obviously came in with a chip on his shoulder. WHAT? Not how I would treat someone I wanted to make a sales too, hence we got up and walked out . It was a faulty sensor covered by the warrantee. it took them quite a while to find it, but they done a thorough job.

Work was done in a very timely mannerBut the first thing my wife noticed when she got into the car that there was no cover over the floor mat on the drivers side just two weeks before she had her car detailed and the carpets swept and shampooed she wasnt very happy with the footprints on the mat

Chase sold us cars before; he makes a car purchase an easy transaction. Our trade-in was priced well and the finance manager used an interactive computer screen for title work and purchase agreements which made the process quick and surprisingly entertaining.

My experience was in the body shop. Nathan and Shawn took care of my car like it was their own. They went above and beyond to do everything in their ability to get my car back to 100%. My car looks the best it’s looked since I bought it. They cleaned the exterior and interior as well. Great response times from everyone I talked to as well. I dropped my car off for a repair that was a type of recall. I was never told Id be charged 108$ for something that shouldnt have required being tested when I had a letter from Chevy which stated the issue. Im dealing with Chevy on the matter since it clearly stated in the letter no charge.

Horrible experience. I recieved a routine oil change. When I tried to drive my car the next day both of my front tires were dangerously low. I called to complain and find out what happened. The man I spoke with on the phone blew me off and claimed it was my fault. That I must have picked something up. In BOTH front tires??? I dont think so. I will never go here again for service or to buy a car. I recommend you stay far away from this dealership.
