This was personally a great experience, the gentleman was very nice. He helped me right away, 4AM, with good business attitude and care. Although I don’t live far from Met Tech, he came with haste at an early hour and did the job.

Some red headed guy with an accent came after 45 minutes although he said it would be 10 minutes came with a suburban and dolly evidently couldnt back up so my boyfriend had to push my car didnt use his signals the whole time told us he would have to pull over in a 1/4 mile to check the straps which is fine but he didnt pull off the road what so ever and didnt have his hazards on then when he got to my house once again my boyfriend had to push my car after this guy releases my car and lets it roll down the road having to chase it I told him that was real professionahe laughed and said what so I told him what you just did

Lock myself out my truck call the other locksmiths in the area no body pick up called Met-Tech. He drove an hour to help me out 11 pm at night it was cold 32 degrees I am from Florida so you know this weather isnt my cup of tea. Easy like 1,2,3 and I was in my truck again very friendly and professional guy. I highly recommend him you wont be disappointed.

Highly recommend. I called to have my vehicle towed and Stark arrived and asked what the problem was. I explained what the car was doing and he offered to fix it. He towed my vehicle back to his shop and fixed the issues all in a timely fashion. He explained what he fixed in great detail. Very polite, professional, and great prices for services!

Met-tech owner helped me over the summer unlock my car, did not take long at all to show up, was very kind, and took his time paying close attention not to damage my car while working on it. Recently had another service (in a different town) do same job, very quick, left scratches on car and charged double. Definitely recommend met-tech.

My car broke down at a rest stop on I-69 at night on the weekend. I was hours away from home and it was getting dark, so I was stressing out. The owner took my call and dropped everything to come out 20 miles in the opposite direction to tow me to his shop, and also said that if he couldn’t diagnose the problem he’d tow me for free to another reputable shop.He diagnosed my problems, got me a new starter and fluid, and I was back on the road by Monday. Prompt and kind service for a reasonable price. I’d recommend him to anyone in the area!

Locked my keys in my car and called these guys out. Very professional and inexpensive; they had my car open in like two minutes. Unfortunately my keys werent in the car though :(.

This guy is super busy which is good for him, but bad for you and me because he clearly has no idea how to schedule anything. He just does everything on the fly, which is why its been 5 days now, and I have yet to even receive a quote from him (Ive now given up). He seems somewhat nice, just not very professional and has no idea how to organize. So if you need a timely fix, forget about it. Ill at least say that he offered to drive to my location to look at my vehicle to give me an estimate free of charge...but that compliment falls flat when even after doing that he still cant provide a quote, which is just ridiculous. So instead, Im opting to a pay a premium to go to a dealership to get in, have my vehicle looked at by professionals, and get out. Im also opting to tow the vehicle myself with a U-Haul since I cant depend on this guys towing service either, and it seems all the other tow services in Kville have bad reputations. I guess if you want something done right, you gotta do it yourself.

Very unprofessional. Backed out not 2 hours before the scheduled pickup. I would never attempt touse them again.

I had a flat and used my Onstar to get help. They sent a tech from met-tech to fix my tire. When he was a half hour late i called to see if i needed to find someone else to come and fix the tire. the tech was very short with me and when he got to me he was also very rude to me and talked down to me when I tried to explain what was in my tire. I will never recommend him again and i also filed a complaint with Onstar.

Called to see if they had an auto part early in the morning Cause hours are 24-7 and woke worker up on other end and he was very rude and lied to me about auto part just to get off the phone and go back to sleep.....guy needs fired for sleeping on the job

Lost our keys and called to get our car unlocked and a replacement made(we repeated this a couple of times). We were quoted $80. They came out, unlocked our car, and told us they couldnt make a key. They were kind enough to drop it to $40.

I was driving down the highway when my engine suddenly stopped. The owner of Met-Tech, Stark, happened to be driving by and stopped to help. He towed my vehicle back to his repair shop and repaired all problems.
