We had a issue that we brought up of us vacating the apartment early and we needed to know where to pay the remaining amount too and they just marked it as we moved out and then I told them I wanted to pay the amount left and nothing more they said they don’t have people usually do that and they had to get ahold of corporate and I’d hear from them in 5-10 business days and multiple attempts at calling and getting told that they let corporate know and if hear from them in 5-10 business days months went buy and they sold the account to a collection agency lucky we told them the situation they let us pay on the spot with no interest but Nelson added on a additional amount of like 1000 for breaking lease early even though I was trying to pay it off so would never live here again or would recommend any one else plus maintenance guy when hanging the tv on the wall made a huge hole in the wall because he never fastened to a stud just drywall luckily tv was under warranty

The employees are so helpful and thoughtful you can tell they really care about their residents going above and beyond for residents. We need more people in the world like them. Thank you for caring about the people I love helping them get situated in a new state!! Your all awesome!!!

VERY DISAPPOINTED THAT I CANNOT LEAVE 0 STARS. THIS LANDLORD IS A CON AGENCY, AND THE AUTHORITIES SHOULD BE ALERTED TO ARREST THE PEOPLE THAT WORK HERE. THE LANDLORD RAN AWAY WITH MY DEPOSIT; BUT NOT ONLY DID THEY RUN AWAY, THEY DECIDED TO PASS ON $126 TO THE COLLECTION AGENCY WITHOUT ALERTING ME, AND WITHOUT ANY REASON TO DO SO WHATSOEVER. I DID NOT DAMAGE THE APARTMENT UNIT, AND HAVE NOT VIOLATED IN ANY WAY, SHAPE OR FORM, ANY PART OF THE RENTAL AGREEMENT TERMS. I BEG ALL PROSPECTIVE RENTERS AND TENANTS TO READ THIS ALERT, AND TURN AWAY FROM THIS PROPERTY AS WELL AS ITS DEVELOPERS AT FIRST GLANCE. THIS IS A SHAM BUSINESS, AND THE OWNERS ARE CROOKS! AGAIN, THIS IS A SHAM BUSINESS, AND THE OWNERS ARE CROOKS!

The maintenance staff is awesome and I cant complain about the cleaning staff, but the office staff is 0 out of 10. After two days of calling to get our lease renewed and getting told (well call you tomorrow) I sent an e-mail and within 5 minutes the property manager was banging on my door yelling at us how we had a 1pm appointment and have been ignoring their calls. After we offered to show then our phone call logs to show that we havent received any calls from them and tried to instill the information that we didnt get any instructions on a 1pm appointment they eventually agreed (with a lot of yelling and rudeness) to let us go renew our lease...something that took 3 days to accomplish with the wonderful office staff.

I dont like the fact how I tried to get my emotional support animal into my apartment with me. And they said I need to have my doctor fill out this paper so Im able to have her, so I had my doctor fill it out and I returned the paper to the office staff and then they tell me they have to turn the paper into Compliance and that I gotta wait to hear back to see if Im approved to have my dog or not. And I still havent heard anything back this is taking too long and I have disability and anxiety real bad and need my dog here with me now but they dont understand that. Like I should be able to have her bc my doctor signed the papers and my doctor knows I have disability and other problems. My doctor approved so why cant I just have her here? Like I dont like this.

Great Office Staff and Great Maint. Staff!!

The staff is awesome!!! Danielle and Denise are amazing. They always are kind and very sweet to me and my family including my pup. The property is very safe and clean. Alot area for kids and animals. Bixler Lake trail is just behind property. Beautiful space. Thanks Danielle and Denise!!!

I used to live here. I haven’t heard good things lately but back when I lived their it was good. Five stars toward the future.

I have been a resident of Nelson Estates for almost 2 years now, and I have little to no complaints. The team here will always do their best to answer any questions you have, and will fix problems in a timely manner.If you want a place to stay that worth the money, definitely consider Nelson Estates.

Incredibly disappointed with how unprofessional the office staff had been in regards to the renewal of my lease. The property manager should never come to my apartment, stand in the hallway and yell at me because they didn’t communicate information correctly.

Tara and Misty are both very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. I’ve never had an issue that wasn’t taken care of satisfactory and efficiently! All and all this is a great place to live!

The property is clean, quiet and very well kept. Manager and maintenance staff are very friendly and courteous. I would highly recommend to others.

Very clean, barely any bugs ever, mostly quiet, reasonably priced units. Lived here for one year and it has been great!

Disgusting and dirty. This place is garbage

My husband and I lived here for 2 years. We just moved out a few months ago to move to a house. The staff is amazing, they were eager to help with any issues we had! Greg is honestly the best! We loved our apartment. Both of our children were born while we were living there. We will forever have fond memories of our time there, and miss it even though we are very excited for this new chapter in our lives!

Good place. My friend Antonio Delgado lived their for a while and he liked it a lot. All the times I was there it was nice.

We have had a great experience with Nelson Estates! Very accomodating to us and our pets and easily formed a positive relationship with Misty and Tara in the office. The location, people, and features are worth it!

Tara really helped me out when I needed it! Very spacious apartments.

Good place to live, pets welcome, free heat. All you pay is rent and electric, and they have on-site maintenance.

Nelson Estates is a HORRIBLE place to live. Below is a list of reasons why.1. Over priced2. Poor management (Never in the office, or able to help with any issues, act like they dont know about certain things that go on that they should be preventing)3. Poor maintenance (fix something just for it to break again a couple of days later)4. Poor housekeeping (trash all over the hallways)5. Group of unsupervised children that ride their bikes infront of your car so that you cannot park, sit on their bikes behind your car so that you cannot get out of your parking space, yell disrepectful things, try to intimidate you, scratch your car and kick their soccer ball in front of or at your car)6. You have to pay a fee ANY way that you pay your rent7. Take money out of your deposit for shampooing which they CLEARLY do not use for shampooing.8. Claim to have a park for children but it is out of date and has yellow caution tape around it so that you cannot use it.9. Not allowed to keep anything on your patio or you will get an added fee to your rent10. air conditioning/ heating is out of date and doesnt work very well at all.These are just a few off of the top of my head. The list goes on and there are stories to back up each of the reasons.

The young ladies in the office are awesome.

Friends live there. Took 2 months to get a cabinet door fixed.
