The ladies at the Kenai Airport Budget Car Rental are amazing. They are, kind, considerate, friendly, and quick with a smile and helpful information. They are wonderful to work with and your rental cars are quite comfortable and very clean. I was down there twice in two weeks and both times was a good experience. Thank you.

The car ran good, there was an issue with the smell of the car but owner contacted me back and extended an offer to cover the drop off fee on my next rental.

DO NOT RENT FROM HERE! I reserved a vehicle and once I got here they informed me they will only accept credit cards. Major credit cards were her exact words. No debit cards. I paid alot of money to get here, reserved in advance etc. They left me stranded here in kenai without a care. Horrible customer service. I was not warned about this. Her best suggestion was to take an Uber or taxi everywhere. I honestly dont know how this place ever has any business. I will NEVER attempt to do business with these people again and strongly suggest that you dont give them the opportunity to leave you stranded in alaska as well. I bought a plane ticket here under the assumption that the car was ready. Now I have to get a plane ticket back immediately, several hundred dollars, so I can rent a car from the airport and drive almost 3 hours back to the area. This place has already completely ruined my vacation and cost me a ridiculous amount of money. Dont be fooled like I was!

Wouldve given more stars but I was lied to about when I brought the rental back 10mins late. I called in on the way because I filled the gas tank up like I was supposed to, the receptionist said it was ok to be late since I called in as long as the tank was full. Then I went to get some groceries with what I thought was 117.00$ from the deposit, then found out they charged me for being late anyway 😒. Thanks budget car rental, that was grocery money, you couldve at least been honest about it

Had 2 lovely ladies hook me up with a car for 9 days. They showed me all the details to my car and even set my radio to my favorite channel. Thank you ladies. You ROCK!

Great service, willing to work with you as much as they can. No ridiculous fees or charges. They always have new cars and trucks, very clean and professional. I will only rent from budget.

We reserved a car at the Kenai Airport location. We called them to make sure they were open until 9pm, she took our name & said yes she will be there. We went through a lot of trouble & expense to get from Seward to Kenai because of a forest fire on Sterling Hwy roads were closed off & on & some delays. We finally arrive at Budget Car rental at 8:30 pm. The lady working there decided to leave early & me & family was stranded. Knowing we were coming. What selfishness!! This is the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced & will never use budget Car Rental again!!

Me and my wife rented a vehicle from this place this weekend. And we stuck in Anchorage due road closure from the fire. They charged us for 2 days despite circumstances happening beyond our control.

They did not tell me I could have just kept my car when I returned it 1.5 late. They charged me for 24 hrs.

Budget rental car at the Anchorage Airport its only about $30 not counting tax and insurance for a days rental of a full-size vehicle but at the airport in Kenai the average cost is about $100 for a rental car of the same type for the same day much more expensive

Crooked business, I just received a phone call after dropping off the renal car yesterday and they said they were going to charge me $318.00 to shampoo car due to fish smell.......and I never even used that car to fish in. !!!Of course I will be disputing the BS claim and sounds like from what I am reading they try to extra charges from everyone that rents there
