Best Apartment Homes ever! Ive lived in MANY places, some good, some terrible, but these apartments are by far the nicest, and most affordable Ive ever seen on the Peninsula. Theyre right by the Bluff too, so I have easy access to the Beach, as well as a phenomenal view! Summers here are like paradise. Also, the Community Director, Mara Browning is very reliable, dependable, and fantastic at taking care of all of our needs as tenants. Having a Landlady that genuinely cares about their tenants is very rare to come by, but I am very thankful for our Mara. Our Maintenance Manager, Angus Bell is excellent in regards of making sure all of our maintenance requests are handled quickly and correctly, making sure all of our maintenance needs are swiftly met. Were right here in Old Town Kenai, so were still within walking distance of restaurants, stores, and all of our needs, so the location is very convenient. The property is also smoke-free, so for those with breathing issues, this property is the only smoke-free property on the Peninsula. I love living at Bay Arms Apartments!

Fabulous! Josh, Angus & Melissa were absolutely delightful! They were super eager to please, friendly. When they didn’t know an answer to our many questions, they got back to us quickly. The renting/ leasing process was as painless as possible. Overall, we are very excited about living here under exceptional management!

Nice Apartments, but a no smoking on property. Must go off property to smoke.

The parking rules are not enfirced by Mara. Apt 16 has been illiegally parking and vehicle abanded 2 months and it still sits ilkegally blocking emergency services to the community.

The recent buyers of Bay Arms,Weidner Properties have sacrificed the previous livability of the residences to their bottom line of profitability. They neglect upkeep of the premises with leaky hall ceilings, rodents are present, as well as highly inadequate tenant management, and little to no snow removal service. Yes snow removal in Alaska. I am being very generous with one star.

Dont do it. You will regret it!
