They got me in quickly, (within a day) for a cut and color. The stylest was friendly and did a great job. The color she formulated was exactly what I wanted and so was the cut!There were a few incidentals that are not worth mentioning that keep me from giving them a 5 star. Life happens. 🙂

Rachel did a great job. Quite a bit of my hair fell out back in October. Rachel took her time, making sure she colored all the little hairs growing back. She was careful not to damage my hair in its fragile state. Im very pleased with her work :)

Janelle did a fantastic job on my hair. My hair color was horrible and had grow out since February. When I walked out of the shop my hair looked so natural with just the right amount of ash blonde to it.

I went to Jen for the first time yesterday for a full color and cut. I have heard great things about Black Lotus from past customers, so I was excited to give them a shot! When I arrived Jen was very sweet and professional, she sat down and really listened to what I was looking for in my new style. The salon was very cute, clean, and well maintained. I was super comfortable the whole time. The color and cut turned out amazing and I will definitely be going back! I highly recommend Jen at Black Lotus!

I loved it they were kind and they cut my hair How I wanted not how they think it would look better unlike other salons that do whatever they want even though u asked them specifically how you want it and this is the only salon that I go too cause I don’t trust other salons unlike this one!!

Loved it. Had my eyebrows tinted after having chemo and them all falling out. They came in almost translucent and the tinting worked great.
