I received the wrong flag - not what I ordered. The salesperson Jessica didnt reply to my complaint. So I called and talked to Jason. He said he will send the correct one. When it happens, I will change the rating.They corrected it.

We are Very disappointed ! We purchased and paid for twelve flags with poles. We received the 12 poles and no flags, A week or so later we get 2 flags, Contact neoplex and they sent 4 more. Six weeks later still Waiting!

These guys are great!
