I really love TX Derma Clinic of Texas. They are fast and efficient. Super friendly environment and really professional. I came here with my sis in law and then I refer my cousin here. Would recommend this place to anyone who would like their Derma Clinic of Texas.

If I could give negative stars, I would. It has been over a year since I have seen Kristen Rowe (her last name was different when I went to see her, but when I called, that is the name I was given so I could write this review). I tried to seek help from another person today as my last hope that what happened could be reversed. I still can not wear ANYTHING on my face. No makeup, no lotion, no moisturizer, no sunscreen...NOTHING! She told me I needed a chemical peel facial which apparently my type of skin can not handle. Her lack of knowledge in this area has cost me a lot of money trying to fix it at different clinics. I have a permanent chemical burn on my face!!! I spoke to the owner, Dr. Crow, who tried to fix the situation at the time, but couldnt do anything to reverse what was done by her staff member. Still to this day I can not put anything on my face. Even soap and water makes it look like my skin has been put in a fire. Can you imagine going to a specialist to get a facial, trying to treat yourself and relax. Putting your faith in that persons ability to know what to do on your face because this is their JOB and they went to school for it, but instead putting a chemical peel on my face that caused my skin to react against it for the rest of my life?! This person should have been fired for what she did. I seriously can not believe that she is still employed here! DO NOT GO TO THIS CLINIC. You will get nothing from the aesthetician Kristen except pain and regret for the rest of your life. I am now looking into seeking legal help due to this situation because I use to be a makeup artist and have since had to give that up because how can I sell something that I personally cant test or wear? She has ruined my entire life/career. She should not be allowed to touch anyone elses face after what she did to mine. And for those thinking that mistakes happen, not everyone can know what to do on every person skin type.....well they shouldnt be in the profession of touching peoples FACES if they are not an expert in their filed. Shes rude, a liar and quick to point the finger at everyone else. If you value your skin and face, NEVER go see Kristen Rowe! I hope this saves someone, so they never have to go through what I am going through now.

This place is so amazing! They are so professional and their pricing is very competitive. I initially found them through a Groupon deal but I kept going back even after the Groupon was used up. I have been very happy with my results with the age spots I had been trying to remove through creams that didn’t work.

Great doctors and staff. They treat any sort of critter, from kangaroos to bearded lizards. Our poodle had to have emergency surgery during the holidays. His treatment was excellent and they did a superb job of keeping us informed.

I have been going to Derma Clinic for years for Botox and filler. Dr. Crow and Kristin are amazing! I always get fabulous results. They are professional and very good at what they do. Kristen is probably the most hospitable person I have encountered in a long time. She always makes you feel like family.

This is the BEST place you’re going to find in the area for spa services. The girls are SO nice and personable and will talk you through everything. Their prices can’t be beat especially in the keller/southlake area. Kristen is amazing and has been so helpful in my laser hair removal process! Highly recommend

I have the best esthetician here! Shes rediculously funny as well as knowledgeable about skin care. Im not comfortable with a lot of people touching my face but she puts me at ease and educates me about all the products she uses. Ask for Kristen!
