I was greeted when I came in and that was the last time any customer service was displayed. Several people came and left after me and I kept waiting. Only 1 employee in the store and no management of expectations on when I would be seen. Basically I was disappointed in the store having no staff on a Saturday afternoon when I brought my whole family in for new phones.

Consumer Beware! This is a authorized retail location, not a corporate operation. Unless you looking to buy something and get upcharge out the rear because they are commission, this isnt the place for you. Staff is unhelpful, unfriendly and has always made my feel like an inconvenience for interrupting their day. I visited with assistance in activating an upgrade to 5G and the attent put my old 4G sim card in my new device which cancelled my insurance as well as other Data and coverage. Either he wasnt trained properly or was trying to cause an issue requiring me to return to purchase more from them. I have spent hours on the phone trying to resolve this issues with my carrier and just heart broken that this one experience has had such a devastating cost on my business and personal life. Go to Southlake or Watauga, what a shame that Verizons name is on this building. Thier service doesnt measures up to the quality of this carrier.

Chris was very helpful. He helped me change over from my IPhone 7S to my new IPhone 12. He also advised me on the best phone cover for my use. I’m grateful for the time he took to set everything up for me. Thanks Chris!

Wow..Cayman made changing service from the absolute horrible “new” T-Mobile easy..like chilling at the Cayman Islands..haha. His Manager was there and provided help. The store was clean and all safety protocols were strongly followed. This team runs a really tight ship! Thanks again! Cayman should be promoted! 😉

Chris took very good care of me. Went in with an IPhone 7 that wasn’t working and AT&T service and he switched me to Verizon and an IPhone 11. Quick and easy process. He even helped me set up my Bluetooth in my car. Very pleased with the service. Will be back if I need anything else in the future. Thank you.

This store has great sales reps who are honest and tell you exactly what they are doing and how it will effect your account and our the door charges. Sat and waited on a Sunday for 20 -25 minutes and not one person said anything to me. There was a family sitting around the table in the middle and the Verizon customer agent never even talked to me. Why not have more staff? Great if u are the first customer through the door but bad if second.

They do a good job. I scored a projector for my cellphone for $50. It was a crazy good deal. I usually buy my accessories online, but this one was too good to pass up.

I visited the Keller Verizon to get a new glass screen protector. Faith took the time to show me the Google Pixel 3 — definitely the phone I’d get if I switched to an Android cell phone. Overall I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the store and the professionalism of the associates

Horrible customer service. I’ve been in three times and waited 45 minutes each time. No one has helped me and all I need is a screen protector. Mine gets free replacements only from this store. Y’all need more than one person working at a time. Ridiculous!

They seem to be helpful but since this is not a Verizon store you just dont get all the options you would normally get to choose from when visiting a corporate Verizon store.

I had a great experience with Cameron! I showed up at 7pm and didnt get finished until 9pm which was an hour after the closed. Cameron asked how I would be using my phone and made suggestions.
