Weve used Organically Maid 3 times for 2-hour cleanings and have always been happy with their service. Their communication is great and the housekeepers weve had have all been lovely - super friendly and kind. I love that they use all-natural cleaning agents and they offer the 2-hour cleanings as an option! Deciding which areas I dont want to tackle that week and avoiding the stress of cleaning for the maid to clean the whole house is perfect! Will definitely use them in the future.

The communication and staff at Organically Maid are wonderful!! Every email and call was answered promptly and thoroughly! My experience with receiving a deep clean from them was overall good. The maid, again as with all staff interactions, was so personable and friendly! The actually cleaning services was mediocre. After the deep clean was completed and we noticed issues (baseboards missed, areas not dusted, crumbs still on carpet) we called and they quickly sent another maid out to fix the issues. Loved that they did this- they want to make sure you are pleased. Overall just was not impressed with the clean for the price. I asked for a cleaning supply list prior to booking but after maid cleaned (and I asked more) they used other products than what they originally told me. Was not very pleased with that. Good company- average/good cleaning service.

I bought the 2 hour clean because our bathrooms needed some TLC. The maid did such a good job and they are nice and sparkly! The only downside is the maid didnt diffuse this time around but the manager was attentive enough sad she would contact her staff. - Katherine

Hello! I have not left a review for anything before, but I wanted to let people know about our experience. This organization is very kind and come off as very organized and professional. Originally, I scheduled a trial cleaning on last week and rescheduled that same day for today, Monday. The client specialist stated a few times that I had to pay for the invoice ahead of time and that if I did not pay the invoice by a certain time, that they were going to put someone else in my spot to the point where it came off as passive/aggressive customer service. If you check out their website, make sure that you look at their rules. It is listed in their website. Make sure you read ALL of it. I did and still chose to proceed. It was paid. Today, Natalie arrived and I let her know that in her 2 hour segment, I only needed bathrooms and the kitchen cleaned and I would clean the rest of the home. Our home is around 2800 square feet and one floor. I took a nap, and Natalie walked into the game room before she left to let me know that she marked what she completed in that 2 hours. Natalie said goodbye and walked out the door. I walked into the kitchen to read her notes and the only section done was the kitchen. I was shocked. She did leave a tiny note which I can post that said “sorry I couldn’t get to the bathrooms”. I have had cleaning done for the last 5 years and have paid $75 every two weeks to have a condo cleaned that was spotless when I walked in and I paid once I saw the finish product. To pay $85 ( with tax), it was misleading in the wuality and quantity of their work. Natalie only cleaned barely 200 square feet of space ( the kitchen). That was it. My husband walked out of his office and said “ how does it look”, walked into the kitchen and said “wait, she only cleaned the kitchen, what about the bathrooms?”. I just shook my head. He then said, well thank goodness it was just a trial. I hope everyone else has a better experience!:)

I am so thrilled to have a clean space again. Amber came and conquered the dirt and dust in my kitchen and bathroom. Amber was very professional, and did a wonderful job with the floors. She had time to dust and clean my ceiling fans as well which was a bonus.. The products used were explained to me and I feel comfortable that it was a job well done.

Overall I’ve had a good experience with Organically Maid. I love that they use more eco-friendly products. I’ve had only the best experience with Natiece helping to keep my home clean and dust free. I have a pretty bad dust mite allergy and Natiece has been attentive in how she dusts to avoid dust going everywhere which would cause a flare up.I left a star off because I’m not a fan of how they do billing. They want you to pay ahead weeks in advance when most other places are good with paying same day of service. While I understand their need to secure the spot and prevent not getting paid, there’s other ways to protect their business from experiencing this that doesn’t require up front payment. If and when they improve their billing methods, I will come back and add a star.

I was contacted by this company to set up an interview. After providing the date and time I did not receive a call at the allotted time. I had to contact the business to confirm the interview still was taking place in which I was told that I was going to be contacted after disconnecting the call.I never received a call back which was very unprofessional and a waste of time and resources. If a company cannot effectively communicate and conduct itself professionally even with potential employees, how they conduct their business is questionable. I could only imagine being a client and actually paying for a service and nobody showing up to the job or communicating a potential delay. Hopefully this is something this company corrects in the future.

They did a great job and were very patient working around my dogs - one old and doesnt move quickly and the other large and wants to help no matter what youre doing. My oven hasnt been this clean since it was new! I would not hesitate to book a cleaning again when I need it.

We had Organically Maid come for a deep clean in December and have since scheduled recurring standard cleanings every other week because we were so impressed. The quality is second to none. They are extremely thorough and I love that they use non-toxic products. They bring all of their own supplies, communication is great and we have been very happy thus far. Their standard cleaning is better than the deep cleaning we used to receive with our previous cleaners. Highly recommend!

We really wanted to like this cleaning service after having our house professionally cleaned by another service at a slightly cheaper rate for years we wanted to try someone with clean products after having a baby and not wanting the house to smell like bleach after a cleaning. I’m shocked to see only 5 star reviews but also, they offer $10 your next service in exchange for a 5 star review so.. Disclaimer- I did not walk the house before the cleaner left and she asked if there was anything else I needed, I’ve never had to do that before. However, upon her leaving I noticed the stove top still had crumbs on it, there was a sticky spot on the kitchen floor I kept stepping on, then I notice that when I run my hand over the counters, those aren’t clean either. So then I walk around the house to check other areas, the half bath toilet is still dirty on the inside, the master shower (which was said to be deep cleaned- only the door had been cleaned) and bathtub weren’t even touched (there was still glitter from a bath bomb in the tub that easily can be cleaned out)... the counter tops were clean, other than behind or underneath where anything laid, nothing was moved to be cleaned underneath or behind items on the counter. All mirrors were still dirty. Living room rug wasn’t vacuumed, coffee table and side tables weren’t even wiped with a cloth. All of the hard wood floors were cleaned and the stairs/upstairs was vacuumed though! I was extremely disappointed with the lack of basic cleaning that wasn’t done. I even double checked the list of items that was said to be done and about half of them weren’t. Our fans weren’t even turned off much less cleaned, blinds weren’t touched to be cleaned at all, no sheets taken off beds to be washed as stated (which I didn’t expect so this didn’t bother me but it was a service that was listed). We sent a few photos to the company of a few areas (some such as counter tops were hard to get photos of bc of the color of them and lighting) because we paid over $200 for this service. They offered to send someone out the next day to “touch up those few areas” that we sent photos of. My husband replied that we were going to just get a new company in to clean since it is definitely more than a few areas (we can’t get anyone to come before the weekend so I’m literally going to have to go in and clean everything myself). So then they said they would issue a partial refund...we received $40. I’m honestly in shock that this was called a “cleaning service” and that 15% back when MAYBE 50% of a job was done is called a partial refund. Next time I will just get my own natural cleaning products and give them to our previous cleaners to use.

The maintenance clean was really well done. The individual was very professional and thorough which included dusting, vacuuming, cleaning up. We will be recurring customers of this service.

This was my 3rd or 4th cleaning with this company. I used the two-hour tester cleaning and the maid who came did a great job. She was very thorough and did everything I asked her to do within the time allotted.I love the products they use and they always bring a diffuser that they diffuser essential oils in when they clean. It leaves everything smelling so refreshing!I look forward to working with this company in the future.

My baseboards and master shower haven’t been this clean since we moved in! We already use only essential oil cleaners for everyday cleaning, but the additional probiotic cleaning agent provides a whole other level of clean. I was soooo excited to have this deep cleaning service as a soon to be mom with the nesting instinct in full gear. However, with a 3600 sf house I was surprised when I only saw 1 maid with a very small caddy. She asked what my #1 priority was and I told her that dust and dog hair were my biggest peeve. She worked for 5 hours upstairs, but my husband, 2 dogs and I primarily live downstairs. At 3 pm, she came to work downstairs. (Keep in mind she had a master bedroom, master bathroom, half bath, 2 living rooms, 2 dining rooms, and a nursery to deep clean) By 4, she realized she was overwhelmed and asked for a second maid to join her. They left my house at 6:30. I genuinely believe they rushed my downstairs because the kitchen counters were not cleaned, the formal living and dining room were still soo dusty, and honestly the biggest disappointment was that my house didn’t smell clean... with the promise of Young Livings oils I expected my pregnant nose to be in heaven... The entire time there was 1 diffuser upstairs and it was so wimpy. I don’t want to give this service a 1 because I know they worked hard, but for a deep cleaning service, I was disappointed because I feel as if a regular maid service would have done the same job.

I love Organically Maid! Prior to the stay-at-home orders, we used them on an as needed basis. Now that we are home most days, I needed more, so we moved to bi-weekly cleanings, and it’s made all the difference in our home...and reduced my workload! This was my first time hiring a cleaning service. I was fine with paying the price quoted as I wanted the essential oils and the house cleaned without me having to do it. I paid for a deep clean. I think other than the oven, microwave and bath tubs that was about as deep as it got. I didn’t get to check the clean until after my lady left. I sent an email and they were prompt in sending the manager out with the lady to fix what was missed. The house didn’t “smell” any different when I got back so that was kind of a bust. I use essential oils and thought I’d smell some lemon or thieves. Maybe my expectations were high, but this was a splurge for me. I will definitely have to look for another company in the future once I muster up the courage to try another. Customer service was great.Second clean and I love YOLANDA! She was great, very friendly and efficient! In two hours she got my oven, microwave, baseboards, all tile, and master bathroom done! Everything looked great, smelled great! Highly recommend her and the company! Glad I gave them another shot!

The quote they gave me was slightly higher than what I was paying before, but they really did a more thorough job AND I didnt have to provide any supplies as I was doing before. Well worth it!

Yolanda made our experience with Organically Maid such a blessing. Prompt to arrive, such a friendly soul, and definitely thorough to literally every inch of our deep clean. Our family recently had a few weeks of chaos and ultimately endured the loss of a baby, leaving my humble husband attempting to hold down our fort the best he could in my absence. But today, we now have a fresh and clean restart to our home, and we are so grateful for the entire Organically Maid team in making that a light for us, safely, efficiently and most admirably, without toxic chemicals. Christina did an amazing job on our deep clean. She was super detailed in her cleaning and by far exceeded my expectations. I have hired cleaners in the past and been put off by their lack of detail but not this time! Bonus is no harsh chemicals too!! Will definitely be using you from now on!!
