They did a great job fixing the cap on the chimney. Prompt, good communication, good all around. Already thinking I may use them again if I need something on the roof done.

Sean came out and performed a thorough inspection of my roof and even convinced me not to replace the whole roof. Wouldve been much more expensive than the repair. Which was done quickly and with high quality.

I am a repeat customer (or at least trying to be). Sean came out to the house on 7-20-20 to give us a quote to cover our back porch. I followed up 5 days after Because I had not received the quote nor heard anything from Integrity. Integrity stated they were waiting on “Tim”. Over 2 weeks later and I still have not received the quote nor heard a follow up from Integrity. Very friendly company, but definitely lacks with responsiveness and timely service.As I stated, I am “trying” to be a repeat customer. The first time I used Integrity the scheduled day for my roof installation (weather was beautiful the week leading up to and day of) I had to contact Integrity as no one showed up. 2 days later they started the job.

Sean came out to the house and was the most professional out of all the contractors that gave us a bid. The roof was completed in late spring and windows in the winter. Kathy was always professional when working with the insurance and very responsive to any questions I had. I would recommend to anyone needing a contractor.

Ive lived in my house for over ten years and Integrity Roofing has replaced my roof twice, both resulting after severe hail storms. On each occasion they worked with my city and insurance company to ensure all issues were noted during the inspection and adjustment phases of the replacement process. Sean came out to my house as did a few other contractors to bid. He was by far the most personal and took the time so gave him the bid. His team came out and did the work. There was some issues with parts delivered, but I called Sean and he took care of it. I also got up on the roof after they replaced it to check everything and found some issues. I called Sean he took care of it. I am a super skeptic and dont like to pay other people to do stuff I can do. I imagine I was a real pain for Sean to deal with, but he did it with flying colors and met me in the middle. Bottom line Sean took care of everything I pointed out. He even had the roofing supplier add another extended higher grade warranty. Making mistakes is what humans do, but Sean was a man of his word. Would call him again

Integrity Roofing put our roof on like nine years ago. We had a sudden problem during all the rain lately and they were out the same day to fix the spot in the roof and cleaned up our issue. How many companies do that these days especially with all the rain, really makes you feel like they care about you as a customer. Our next new roof will be coming from Integrity Roofing.

Integrity did a great job with my new roof. After the hail storms we had this spring there were a number of roofers out knocking on doors. For some reason I simply felt comfortable with Integrity over the other guys. I definitely made the right decision. They did a great job on the roof. They were clean and courteous. They took the time to walk through everything with me in detail up front and during the work phase they covered everything around the house so they did not get debris in the pool or the flower beds. Amazing!!! After the tornado came through Granbury in 2013 many roofs needed to be replaced in our neighborhood. While it didnt look like my roof was damaged from the street, Integrity roofing gave me a free inspection and showed me pictures of the destruction the large hail had left behind. Had a few broken tiles on my roof from a recent storm. Integrity responded quickly, matched the tiles and patched-up the roof. From estimate to repair they did a 2 business day turnaround. We had severe hail damage to our roof about a month ago so it has to be replaced along with the gutters. Without any hesitation I chose to go with Integrity Roofing to do the job, mainly because Integrity replaced this same roof when it was damaged by hail five years ago. From the start the Sean (the owner) worked with my insurance company closely to make sure that the insurance estimate covered all the damages, not just some of them. The roof and gutter replacement work, including labor and materials, was of the highest quality and Integrity was very prompt and thorough on following up on some minor post-contract work. The company lives up to its name and does not cut corners, which some roofing companies often do. Hopefully I will not have to replace my roof again in a long, long time, but if I do I will call Integrity.

They were able to work along with our insurance carrier and make a successful case for a total roof and fence replacement after a recent tornado/windstorm. The crew that performed the actual work was professional and neat, they cleaned the jobsite daily and when the work was completed they left nothing behind. Our contact Ryan Jones spent a great deal of time working with us personally and giving us daily updates on the progress, answering whatever questions we had. Ryan Jones of Integrity Roofing came by to give an inspection of my roof after our most recent hail storm. He explained to me that the storm had done some damage and recommended a full roof replacement along with repairing other damage (screens, gutters, downspouts, fencing). He thoroughly explained the GAF products they offered and which ones he recommended for my house. He also helped me with the claims process with my insurance carrier, meeting with me and the adjuster on their initial visit. He has been very pleasant to work with and has opened my eyes to the roofing industry. I feel very confident that he and Integrity Roofing will do an excellent job. I just signed the contract with Integrity Roofing today and will report back later after the job is completed. I also decided to have them paint my house (outside) as part of the job, as they quoted me a good price on this as well.

The roof was completed on March 7th, 2019. The gutters were supposed to be completed the next day on March 8th. The gutters were completed on March 20th. There was only 1 or 2 rainy days in that time frame. The depreciation recovery paperwork was sent to my insurance company on 4/15/2019 by IRC after innumerable texts making excuses for delays. I have lost my will to live dealing with the excuses and delays with this company. I would not recommend working with them unless you enjoy hassling with ineffective and inefficient people. This has been my worst experience after 30 years of home ownership and dealing with plumbers, electricians, another roofer, flooring contractors ...

I called this company for their advertised free estimate. I chose this company based on the high ratings, however cannot be more disappointed in lack of integrity this company has displayed. I was just told they are going to pass on giving me a free estimate because I refused to give them intimate details on a settlement with my insurance company. Even though I stated that I could personally front all of the expenses of my roof, I was turned down. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Its apparent to me that unless this company can milk your insurance company for every penny possible, they are not interested in giving competitive prices. Stay away if you need to pay ANY out of pocket expenses.

No integrity to their title. hired this company to replace our gutters and when we looked they didnt even all the gutters, only partial replace. so they basically took the insurance money. make sure you double check their work to make sure everything was replaced because for average ppl who dont know this stuff or how it should look, can easily get ripped off. i also know a lady who was supposed to have her whole roof replaced and they just did a partial repair but took the full cost of the insurance money. do your research and follow up.

A friend of mine recommended Integrity Roofing when I found out that I had hail damage to my roof. Sean responded quickly to my call. This was my first experience doing anything with my roof so I was a little overwhelmed. When Sean came out to start the estimate I was immediately impressed with his kindness and willingness to help me understand all of the steps in the process. I ended up needing new gutters and a new garage door. Sean and Kathy were a tremendous help in coordinating all of the steps both with contractors and the insurance company. Had Hail damage and placed a claim through my insurance co AAA, ...an adjuster was sent out and he walked around on my roof with his cowboy boots on and denied my claim other than about 700.00 worth of stuff after my deductible.Whats up with that???? either its damaged or its not right?I contacted Integrity Roofing and they sent Ryan out. He carefully studied and took many digital pictures and resubmitted my claim.Next AAA sent the regional adjuster out this time!..... He was in agreement with Integrities findings and rewarded close to 20K in coverages!Intergrity gave me a new roof thats the envy of the neighborhood and while it looked like chaos during the install, the workers cleaned up everything as if they had never been there,... even nails in the grass with a sweeping magnet they used.While its easy to get someone who will take your money and not properly represent you, I didnt understand all the ropes nor why the insurance co jerked me around so, but Integrity Roofing was able to cut the the matter and get the job done!I recommend them without hesitation.I also think the person you get is everything,.... Ryan went the extra mile to do extra work to get the claim that was never promised and could have been a waste of his time, but he did it anyway in good faith and it paid off!Its hard to find a good company, and its hard for a good company to find good employees.... they did a great job for me!
