I can’t express enough my gratitude to Armstrong’s Glass & Mirror. I called 3 other glass companies to fix my daughter’s window that was broken by hail. All 3 were unprofessional. Yet when I spoke with Cindy she was amazing and a joy to speak with. They came out quickly, measured, gave me a quote and ordered the glass. On the day of installation they were so professional even insuring they wore foot covers to not get dirt on the carpet. They also went above and beyond. The inside installer put the blinds and curtains (that I removed prior) back up without asking. And the outside installer picked up all the broken glass I had left outside on the ground because I didn’t want to remove it if there was an insurance question. This company is a small business and I always support small business over the big chains. There’s no question that Armstrong Glass & Mirror is the only glass company that will ever get my business! Great service. We needed the beveled glass on the door of a 130 year old grandfather clock repaired. Armstrong matched the glass perfectly. They were professional, prompt, friendly and reasonable with their pricing. I highly recommend them!

Mike and his crew arrived with our new windows and had them installed in a few hours.We did not shop around for comparable prices because Mikes pricing was what we anticipated. I called a few places to order 3 glass pieces to be custom cut to size. I chose this company because they are very reasonably priced and super friendly customer service. (Others, not so much). They were very patient with me and my many annoying phone calls. They are very busy and hard to get a hold of, but to me that is a sign that they must be good to be in such high demand, and they were. I was very pleased overall with product and service. Will definitely use them in the future. 😀

Quick and knowledgeable. If you need window or mirror work, this is the place to go. The job will get done right the first time. Mike even made sure everything was cleaned up when the work was complete. Already got some new window work planned for them!

Great company that is very dependable and has quality work... I had a giant window over front door replaced and had solar screens installed by Armstrong’s Glass & Mirror. Mike and Chris are friendly and knowledgeable.

We ordered a glass shelf. When we got it home it was too long. So my husband tried calling them for an entire day and nobody answered the phone. After not answering he went by there on his way to work and they were supposed to open at 830am after waiting for nearly 30 minutes and nobody showing up he had to leave to get to work. This also happened when he went to pick up the glass he got there at 830am and nobody showed up until 850am and he was late to work again! It would be alot more convenient for people if you opened when you say you open and also stay open until 6pm. That way people who work can get what they need especially since your not open on saturdays.

I give them 5 stars for simple, quick and quality work with reasonable price. They looked at the windows to be repaired, give me a quote, which is lower than what I thought. A week later, they put windows on. Two trips with less than two hours in total.

Mike was excellent. We needed a small window replaced as a result of one of our workers accidentally bumped it and it cracked. Price was right and got it done fast. Thanks Mike!

They never showed up. No call or anything. If I could give them 0 stars I would. I didnt recieve a phone or a voice mail. Bottom line dont use this company.

Mike made my day... as soon as i walked in, front desk girl smiled to me, Extremelly polite, they helped me with my glass replacement, Mike told me, i saw you at Keller glass & mirror parked, i responded back, YES i went there but it was the WORST experience ever, i left Keller glass & mirror PISSED off, so i looked on google for another glass shop and here i am with Armstrong glass.

I have a semi-frameless in-line shower. The glass has become fogged up and permanently etched with water stains, etc...I found Armstrong Glass & Mirror on the internet and chose to use them because they were local. I stopped by their shop and explained how I want to replace all the glass in my shower. Three guys were in there and just stared at me without a single hello or anything.They set it up on their calendar to come out and measure on 12/30/2015.Mike came out to take the measurements. This guy was not personable at all and showed zero personality. I asked him what types of glass are most popular and his opinion and he simply said, I dont know, people like different things.He seemed agitated while measuring the glass and certainly didnt give off the vibe that he was happy to have my business. He said it was easier to replace the entire frame and glass rather than just the glass.I said there is nothing wrong with the frame and didnt want that added extra cost if I didnt need to. He sighed and let out a couple huffs.I followed him out to his truck so he could write my email address down to send me the price quote. Another agitated huff when I told him he wrote my email address down wrong. He did tell me to have a Happy New Year when he left.On 1/4/2016, I received the following email:Good Afternoon Todd,Attached is the shower estimate as discussed.Please let me know when you would like for me to order this for you.Feel free to call with any questions.The attached quote was for $332.00 to replace all the glass in my shower.I stopped by their shop again to look at samples clear glass and textured glass. I commented to another guy sitting there how I thought it would be more than the $332.00 I was quoted. He said, huh. I said, why, is that a lot? He responded, I thought it would be higher...even though he didnt know the measurements or anything. Anyway, I asked Sonia to work up an estimate for Rain textured glass too.Sonia called a few days later and said the Rain glass wont fit inside my existing frame and Id have to replace the frame too if I wanted the Rain glass which she said was like $1,100. I told her no on that and Id get back to her.I called Sonia on 1/15/2016 and told her to order the clear glass for $332.00 installed. She said okay.I emailed Sonia on 1/20/2016 asking if she got the glass ordered and if she knew when it would get installed?I received this email today 1/21/2016:Good Morning Todd,I meant to call you back after we spoke last week, your glass did not get ordered last. After speaking with Mike, he has told me that he does not want to just replace the glass in your shower. He also expressed this to you when he measured your shower. The reasons for this is the fact that it may not go back together exactly the same and there is too much room for error.I do apologize for not getting back to you sooner. Please let me know if you have any other questions.After they measured, send a written price and agreeing to do the job...they simply back out. Evidently, they decided there wasnt enough money in it and only want to do it by forcing me to pay 3x the amount of just replacing the glass by installing a new (unnecessary) frame.I emailed Sonia and told her Mike didnt say he didnt want to just replace the glass...he recommended just replacing the whole frame/glass. I also told her I think Armstrong told her Armstrong has horrible business practices and how unprofessional it is to agree on a project and a price then simply back out on it. If they didnt want the project in the 1st place, they should NOT have measured and then send me a price proposal stating Clear Shower Glass Replacement $332.00 + tax.Very shady business practices and I would NOT recommend them to anyone. No wonder I am their 1st review!!!

Mike with Armstrong Glass was very unprofessional and showed zero customer service. He told me that he wouldnt come to do a quote any later than 3pm even though his business hours are until 5:30pm because he didnt want to deal with traffic. I asked if his company had any weekend availability for installations and he told me no, we want our weekends off. When I returned his call at the same number he had called me from he answered who is this. I identified myself and he then asked if I had the right number and he replied It depends, what do you want.
