Ive go to this lab because the people who workthere are grate! I go there one to two times a month.I have. gone 7 years. And not one time did they messanything up.

Very nice staff! I was in and out of there with my appointment in less than 5 minutes. The blood draw technician was quick & smooth. Best blood draw experience and that’s coming from someone who HATES needles!

My daughter and I have both had blood work done with LabCorp. The staff has been very friendly and efficient. We will continue to use them for our lab needs in the future.

I can’t thank you all enough for making blood drawing as fast as possible. I am not a fan of needles and this location lets me lay down for the procedure and even rest for a few minutes before getting up so that I’m not light headed. Every year I visit for my employer’s wellness program and I get the same great help. Thank you!

Been coming here for years. Staff very friendly and professional. Time is incredible, sometimes right after I sign in, their taking in a room to draw my blood. The longest I ever waited was 30mins. Very good techs, fast and gentle. Recommend this lab!!

Beware Mask Natzis. The lady at the front desk is just nasty!

Thanking my plebotamist for going above and beyond, after the codes were wrong on my blood work and it would not have been covered by insurance. She took the time to call the doctors office and work through all the correct codes, saved me another trip. I gratefully appreciated your help!!! thank you!!

I have been to this site several times and every time Ive had a great experience.Quick easy check in via the kiosk, short wait time, and my questions regarding the procedures I am having done answered accurately and completely.I dont go here expecting social interaction, Im in and out. They are timely, informative and professional. They see a ton of people everyday and in order to see me in a timely fashion I do not expect them to be OVERLY courteous, but professionally courteous, which they are..

I read all the reviews on here and well I guess everyone has different expectations. My visit was fast and easy. I checked in using the kiosk which I thought was cool. The lady at the window did have me sign in on the clip board as well and as soon as I finished that I was called to the back. The lady that drew my blood was nice she put me in one room drew my blood them moved me to another room to weigh me and measure me. She was courteous enough to check in on me from time to time. It was fast and I was in and out within 20 min.

Very disappointed when i called the hours where all wrong they said they closed at 4:30 but they actually closed at 12 the lady at the front was rude the big one i dk how to describe her but she was rude looked overwelmed and grumpy i wish i had her name to report her.she was no help what so ever...i do NOT recomend this location horoble people..

I was really weary when visiting this location due to the reviews. I wanted to post this and make it known that I was treated very kindly, and that things moved fairly quickly for my Lab Test. I will be back to this location. It looks like the issues with impatient employees has been taken care of. Today everyone was really kind.

Mari at the front desk was great . She was caring and knowledge . I asked them about these reviews because I was apprehensive about coming here. She said there has been recent changes in the staff. It sounds to me like these reviews worked and they took care of the problem .

In the past I’ve used the Euless location and the experience has always been awesome! This Keller location has a blonde reception lady that needs to find a different kind of work!! Most unprofessional bad attitude I’ve ever seen in any medical facility. I’ll go to Oklahoma to have my lab work done before I ever darken there doorstep at the Keller location again.

Im a little shocked by the bad reviews. Ive been coming here at least monthly for the last year and havent had problems. The lady who usually draws my blood (I think her name is Patti) is very sweet and professional. Yes they usually seem short staffed and the waits can be long without an appointment, but what business isnt short on staff these days? You can make an appointment on their website and theyll see you quicker than a doctor will if you have a slot. Since I started making appointments, Ive never waited more than 5 minutes.

Front desk receptionist is extremely rude. After being here two to three times my entire standing order has suddenly been deleted. Very unhelpful, contradicting when I told her I’ve had an order expire that didn’t delete before, arguing with me, etc. rude, unprofessional, not helpful. I’ve been to lab Corp in corpus and received excellent care. This one, I’m not impressed with at all.

A little unorthodox but thats what I loved about it. In and out, friendly staff, and they did great work. Loved the pictures that helped with the stress. Good work, would go back again

Visited this place on 4/30 to get labwork done. Check in process just requires your ID and is done super fast at a kiosk in the waiting room. They were down a person that day but the wait was very acceptable considering—I waited about 15-20 min for my appointment. Receptionist was super friendly and then sat me down at the blood work chair where the tech (Tiffany, the best!!!) who drew my blood met me almost immediately after. She was able to see I was nervous without me saying a word and was SO friendly and talked to me the entire time to assuage my concerns, and was very gentle. I barely felt it and the blood draw itself took less than a minute. Also they let my dad be in the room while I was getting my blood drawn so that was a plus :)

I went there today and Lindsey at the front desk was Great she was Professional she was knowledgeable and explained everything to me what I needed to do, Maricella the lady that took my blood was AWESOME we talk and laugh very Professional and it didnt hurt when she stuck me to draw blood. My experience with LabCorp on N Rufe Snow was a A+ experience. Thank you ladies.

I got pipes for veins and still got bruised. Also, the phlebotomist was rude AF.

No one to answer the phone. I needed to know if I could eat, as a pregnant women, before my test that I have to sit for an hour on. Then when I arrived there was absolutely no one at the desk available to answer questions. The hours are 7-6 pm I arrived at 9:00 am. By the time I left which was almost 2 hours later there was still no desk attendant

I waited 45 minutes without an appointment. Those who did got in quickly. The staff was very friendly and the blood collection was quick and relatively painless.

I do not recommend to use this lab. They lost the record of a patient entirely. The patient went there for a urine test for his kidney stone analysis. The lab supplied him instruction and a container to keep the urine. One week later he returned the container and wait for the result of the test. One month later his kidney doctor had not received the result from the lab, contacted the lab. The lab said they have no record of the patient: no name, no test, no whatever !!! A lab technician told me they have hundred patient a day, so they can not tell whats going on with a patient!!! This is dangerous to let a lab like this to operate. One day they may make a dreadful mistake.

They were nice to me and got me in and out quickly. The nurse even laughed at a couple of my jokes. She was being polite, Im not that funny.

I would have given this location 5 stars but when I arrived there was no one at the front desk. I think this is normal but slightly unnerving. Personal opinion only. I had an appointment. I arrived 8 minutes early and I was seen on time. Jill was my nurse and she was incredible. I am terrified of having my blood drawn and Jill was so sweet and patient especially when I almost passed out. I could not have asked for a better experience with her. Above and beyond. 5 stars for Jill. Thank youa

Woww.. is all I can say. The lady that checked me in was ok, but the one who drew my blood... I thought she might go full on zombie on me & rip my throat out with her teeth!! Ive never seen anyone so angry & rude so no reason. She was rushing me in, dismissive in the 2 or 3 words she did say, & when I said thank you.. she turned her back & typed. Seriously lady.. find a career that does not involve people. Maybe cleaning garbage on the streets. Just awful.. AVOID this location!!

Horrible customer service. Waited 20 minutes past my appointment time after arriving early. Only to find out this location does not offer what I needed go to another location or another business if at all possible. Gossip in the back heard loudly the entire time sitting in the waiting room. If your time is valuable. Dont go here.

Terrible employees working at this LabCorp location. Ive never heard other people, including myself, being treated with such a level of disgust. I understand that people have bad days, but these employees are miserable.

No greeting whatsoever, a woman used one word orders and was very rude. Then she stuck me twice in my right arm after I specifically told her blood is usually taken in my left. She failed twice, then called another woman in to take it.

Completely unprofessional staff. I hope they were just having a bad day. Ive never had someone speak to me in such a rude manner for absolutely no reason. I have no idea how you can keep a job in healthcare when you treat patients that way. I dont even normally post reviews, but this one is well deserved.

I’ve used this lab for years and the staff is always knowledgeable and know how to draw blood without pain or bruising. Friendly too.

This Labcorp is the worse of the worse!! Staff are beyond rude! From the receptionist to lab technician! News flash, when you are in the people business you need to hire someone not only professional but also friendly specially in an environment where kids are terrified of a needle!!

They only do certain tests, NOT urinalysis for employment drug screens...phone message doesnt say this and no one answered the phone.

More than 2 weeks, and i didnt receive the results,and no body answer the call 😡
