We adopted a trio of turtles to live out their days at our rescue. The staff here are wonderful. Very helpful, full of knowledge and an enjoyable experience. Two thumbs way up.

Animals are individually housed and cared for by a loving, professional staff. Great place to adopt a furry family member from.

Very clean and friendly place

My wife and I went there on clear the shelter day we look that several through the window, and interacted with a pair of dogs which really werent interested in anyone except for one another these two particular dogs were roomies and thats great but they dont really like the ones for us and we are not the ones for them. We did get Sammy though, multiple families look that her everyone passed her by and we watched as everyone passed her by so then we decided that we wanted to take some time with her well that was all it took we brought her home. Thank you so much to the more than friendly staff.

The kennels were very clean. All of the animals looked well taken care of.

We have been inundated with Ferrell cats, the Keller animal services department and in particular MICHELLE have been MORE than helpful. Not sure what we would do without their support and help.Thank you guys and gals.

Just poor service

My cat ran away recently, so I thought I’d ask them if they had a cat like mine. They did not have the same one, but they were super nice and assisted me on furthering my search.

Excellent facilities with plenty of space to play with your prospective new friends.

They wont come get these stray cats that are taking up camp in the complex that I just moved into.

I love the staff here.
