Don’t ever use this place for repairs!! The owner is a terrible person! She lacks customer service skills, willingly turns customers away even with provided information of ownership, rude, disrespectful, and has no business owning a company!!

We have been going to Keizer Outdoor Power Equipment for 10 years. They are so helpful with everything weve brought in needing repair or bought new. The associate that has helped us the most is Steve. We recommend this store and associates.

I am really disappointed in the service I received. This was my first time taking my mower and edger to Keizer Outdoor Power Equipment. Both machines were returned to me very dirty and oily and neither one of the blades were sharpened or replaced as requested. As a result I have to take my mower and edger elsewhere to appropriately have requested work completed costing me more than anticipated.

Except for the rude mexican that tryed to cut in line everything was perfect got the flip line we needed and got out quick

After explaining the work I needed done the representative was clear about the costs and options. I like the straightforward approach.

Called around for power walk behind lawn mower service. Not much out there if you want blades sharpened too. Called Valley Green who maintains our lawns they highly recommended Keizer Outdoor and so glad took their recommendation. Great people, fast and great price. This is who to call!!

As I read a couple of the reviews on this site, Im reminded of the old saying that there are two sides to every story. If you want reasonable prices AND service, avoid the big box stores and try Keizer Outdoor Power Equipment. Not only will you talk to a very knowledgeable staff, you will be able to get the product serviced should the need arise. Big box wont do that. Ive shopped here for years and will definitely return.

I am not sure what kind of experience others have had here, but I went twice with two different opieces of equipment, one mower, one tiller, max 5 yrs old. They turned me away both times because they didnt want to do the work. The impression I got was that if you are a homeowner, they are not interested because the money they can make on you is not enough, but if you are a professional yard guy, come on in.I would suggest you not waste your time here if you have a tune up or something thats inexpensive to do. I wound up fixing it myself.*** After the managements response***It was a Troy-Bilt and Honda. I looked up authorized dealers on both manufacturers websites and they both showed this shop as authorized.

Online the store was supposed to be open on Saturday till 1pm. Get there at 12pm and the store schedule on the front door states closed on Saturday and Sunday.Turned out for the better, and took my business to the State street saw shop. There i was helped by knowledgeable people who sold me exactly what i was looking for and nothing more than what I needed.

Customer service is not so good. They let the mechanic yell across the counter that i hadnt paid my diagnostic fee! Go to Aurora.

Horrible customer service! Definitely look for another dealer for purchases and service. No parking for trailers.

Went there on lunch hour to get a chain. Waited in line for over 10 minutes still no help, so had to leave without it. Big waste of time. Dont quite understand why the staff was so slow that day. No explanation was given.

They cant get things fixed on time My mower sat down there for 2 weeks they didnt do a doggone thing to it it cost me $80 an hour to have that mower down their cost me $900 a week in loss of wages not happy Id give them a 1/2 a star
