Mike is very good at what he does and is very friendly. The place is clean and inviting and friendly checkin with Krissy. Mike explained everything to my dad and gave him options to choose from. I would highly recommend this business.

I have bought hearing aids and received excellent service from them, from their own Oregon Hearing Aid, thru HRC and now from Mikes new facility at Ascent. The difference in hearing aid performance depends on the audiologist/technician that one works with. I can say, without any hesitation, that you will find no more qualified nor competent person to assist you in dealing with your hearing problems, no matter the level of loss you are dealing with. His professionalism and dependency have been well-tested by me over the time, and he has not ever failed me. When I needed help, he always made time to rectify the problem as soon as possible. Mike has a wide variety of price ranges and equipment to choose from, plus competent, timely, and reliable service to back them up. You will find no one more professional or personable to deal with. If 6 stars were possible, Id give them.
