I recently had Abb stoves come out and put in a wood insert. I had two other companies come out before and quote me. The first company quoted me 7500$ and the second company said that no stove would even fit in my fireplace. I decided to call up Abb Stoves and they came out and told me they could put in an insert for me no problem. They also gave me a great quote saving me thousands. Everyone was super friendly from the get go. The install went flawless and I couldn’t be happier. I would certainly recommend them to anyone and everyone. Definitely a 5 star company. Professional, clean, reasonably priced, and just a great group of people.

During our recent historic once every “50 years” winter storm, my mother found herself without power and with no way to heat her home for several days. In the midst of the storm, and all that was going on, ABB was able to respond on the very same day that they were called to help. They quickly got my mother’s fireplace up and running, earning a new customer for life.

They are great! Quality work and they worked well with my time crunch. We were selling our home and had to have some work done on our wood stove prior to closing. Even though they were super busy, they still met my needs. Highly recommend these folks! 😊

When we had our pellet stove serviced, I was 100% satisfied with the quality of work that was done.. He also answered all my questions and was very friendly.. I called during power outage as my gas fireplace would not turn on. The woman who answered was very helpful but what problem was likely to be and where to find info. Problem was batteries in unit and easy fix. I appreciated her helpfulness to someone who was not customer nor had they installed the fireplace.

I recently decided to replace my 30 y/o fireplace insert. ABB was very helpful to me in finding an insert with the features that I liked, which would also fit into the arched opening of my fireplace. Their install crew was tidy and professional, and took great pains to control dust when removing the old insert.From the outset, the communications from this company were excellent. They kept me updated and informed about the shipping and install of my stove.They installed a new chimney liner and brought my installation up to code. This has actually made a noticeable improvement in the draft of my chimney. Also, after 30 years of use, the top liner section of my chimney was cracked, as was the grout around it. I hired ABB to repair it and they did a fantastic job!I couldnt be happier with my purchase and the fantastic customer service I received from ABB. Great products and great service at a great price!

We moved into our older home 2 years ago, first week of December. That move-in night, we ran into small problems with the unit and eventually figured it out. However, more questions needed answers, so the next day we called ABB and was thoroughly impressed by professionalism and knowledge. After 2 weeks in our home, we ran into other problems and they were very accommodating in helping us out.The prices are comparable! Although the prices are at competitive rate, their product surpasses all!Amazing staff! Superb knowledge! Very informative about product line, and options for our family and a friend who was with me during one visit.Eventually, we will look into ductless heating through them, when our finances settle in!

We have been using Abb stoves for several years we like the convenience of buying as many bags of pellets as we want and they keep track of how many we use also we just upgraded to a newer pellet stove we love it! My sugar gliders love to visit them also because they are so welcoming! Thankyou!👍❤

Would not use again. Had to settle for gas cutoff in a place I didnt want it because the person I discussed this with forgot. After bringing this up it got brushed off. They left the oven trim off and the door wouldnt shut because they jammed an oven rack backwards and wedged it in there. They werent even working on the oven. One ofthe guys was nice but the guy in charge needs to learn to deal with customers better.

ABB Stoves has answered all of the questions I have had (and there are a lot) about the ductless units they offer. Provided quick service with fair & affordable pricing. My experience with the new owner & staff has been nothing but professional & friendly. I am always greeted with a smile. Great place to go

Contacted this business when the pilot light went out on our gas stove and would not re-light. They scheduled a person to come out and clean the stove and problem shoot. The cleaning did the trick. They were very prompt and professional. I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to anyone.

We walked in to ABB Stove on one Saturday since they are close to where we live. We talked to a young lady there who it turned out was named Beverlyjo, about servicing our gas fireplace.  As we were leaving the store we noticed their demonstration heating and cooling ductless system near the front door.   We asked her a few questions, and took some information she volunteered.  She was very low key and was not pushy at all.  She was very helpful with any questions we had.  A few days later when Nick, the business partner came out to repair our fireplace, he also went over with us what would suit our needs based on the design and size of our house. After some research. we decided to have them put in a system customized to our needs.   It was a big decision but we are very happy and satisfied that using ABB Stove was a good one for our new purchase!!   They are very COMPETENT !  Great people and very helpful !  Susan Linn

Had 3 ductless units installed by ABB Stoves. The guys did an amazing job, and absolutely love our new units. THANK YOU guys you Rock.. HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND We also used them last summer to clean our wood stove. They were very professional and cleaned everything and cleaned up after themselves ( unlike the other cleaning place) didnt have a problem all winter. We will use them to clean our wood stove again. Never showed after taking day off to meet. I called at 1 pm and the girl says someone said I cancelled my appointment. No, Im waiting. Then kory calls the professional acts like and states my stove is illegal ? Hes never seen it! I guess I will go back to my local Spendy guy. Hes decent and prompt. Just expensive. Then he says on phone I wasnt on schedule and I blew up. Who wouldnt?Shame on these guys. Meanwhile, Im out of heat after waiting a week and its frigid.Thanks! ABB

The best place to get pellets great customer service and the answers I need

ABB in Keizer replaced an auger motor for me about a year ago and 3 days before the warranty was up it started making a lot of noise. I called and told them what was going on. There was no hesitation whatsoever on their part to replace the motor. They said they had to check it to make sure it really was the motor, but when Ned came he brought a new one with him. He checked the old one, installed the new one and had my pellet stove working again in about 10 minutes. I would say that is pretty good service. Thank You ABB.

ABB Stoves came out to do a spring cleaning special in April of 2014. In October we started using the stove again and something was wrong. We had smoke whenever we opened the door. Called them and they send out their most inexperienced stove repair man. He claimed that we must have installed new windows because the stove wasnt drafting (we had not). After one hour we sent him away and the stove was no better. After much research and despair I stuck my hand up the pipe and pulled out a large piece of insulation that had been wedged in the pipe since the failed cleaning. ABB refused to refund the cleaning fee but wont bill for the failed repair.*****Beware******

I spent a month trying to get them out to repair my pellet stove(that I purchased new from them less than a year before). Finally I talking to the manufacturer of my stove and found out that they had been lieing to me about the parts not being available. The manufacturer referred me to another business in Oregon City and the stove was repaired two days later.
