Had a hard to cash check, ACE was my last resort after getting denied at multiple other banks. They were able to do it! Stephanie was super sweet and helpful even though it was a difficult transaction. Glad to have an account with them.

I always have a good easy experience when I go to Ace Cash Express. The only problem I have is them not having enough money to be able to cash all of my checks or to let me pull money off of my card when I need it.

Well the gentleman helping me out today was Tony and he not only helped me work out changing a card and getting me as much capital as possible but he also navigated the call portion for me. Truly am awesome employee but helping others as much as he could. Thean needs a raise ;)

Absolutely horrible service. Just deposited a lot of money and the lady behind the glass didnt say what the fees were nor did she verify the amount. Resulting in me having to ask for proof and now they shorted me 200 dollars which I have to wait for until the manager can verify through the camera and refund my money.

Theyre incompetent to the point that they wouldnt even answer their phone they were doing nothing in the store

I had a bunch of back pay checks and they cashed them for me one at a time and were very polite and helpful.

BEWARE OF THEIR DECEPTIVE TACTICS!!!I was never informed, nor did I consent to having my credit checked. I would not have used them had I been told that my credit would be ran to get the payday loan.

Everyone there is very nice and professional. The staff is always helpful and very efficient and knowledgeable. I have seen some extraordinary customer service with rude and unruly customers. Verbal abuse handled with grace and calm. Some of the best professionalism I have ever seen.

The guy at the store was very polite and made me feel comfortable also was very officiant overall good service

The SLOWEST place ever!!!!!! Always have just one teller and a line of people waiting. Have been there several times with my friend and it always takes forever. This time she waited 20 min.

This is the only Ace Cash in Keizer...the store only has one employee working....I came in as number four in line and three more have walked in and one left ( the wait was too long). Id I didnt have to make my payment today, I would walk out of here myself.

The people there are friendly and very helpful, kind and respectful in every way..makes me feel proud not dumb for trying to get a loan

They showed me how much money I could save by opening a specific account with them by giving me a print out of what it would cost me in 1 year out of pocket with check fees

Was a little slow but not bad at all, would have costed 100 to cash 3,300$ seems a bit high... But the real reason Im reviewing is this place noticed a check improperly written making it useless while my bank ran the check 3 times and didnt even notice. Very good job there ace. I didnt use my bank due to it being held.
