So happy with this company, let me start with the fact that their carpet cleaner didn’t require the use of my water and bulky hoses throughout my house. Chris was very professional, and charismatic. They confirmed with a text message which works perfect with my schedule. Chris took the time to assess my problem areas and quote me fairly without breaking my bank. I usually dread finding a new carpet cleaner allowing a stranger into my house and being overcharged for something I feel like I could’ve done myself. Chris not only went above and beyond but the system they are using is different then anything I’ve seen before. Will be a repeat customer!!!!

They were on time and very considerate. My real hardwood floors look brand new. Will definitely use them again!

This will forever be who I use!!! I had a carpet gal from another company schedule with me for a Sunday the day before a huge important house inspection and then ghost me.. I googled carpet cleaners around me and everyone but Root were closed cuz it was Sunday.. they answered right away and squeezed me in for the morning of... the didn’t have to and nobody else would but they did... the saved my life so to speak lol!!!
