Maybe my review will change AFTER my issues have been resolved. I opted to hire help with creating my LLC, as I want the process to be done as accurately and fast as possible. One reason I chose Oregon Registered Agent LLC was because of the headline on their website All Oregon LLCs Formed in 24 Hours Or Less! Sounds great! So far, I havent been contacted by anyone. This is a huge disappointment. Even if they are busy working away on filing and completing my LLC, they still didnt return any of my phone calls. Not very professional.UPDATE: I did receive a call back for one of my voicemails. I still had to call back and ask for the status of my filing, twice. The woman I spoke to on the phone was very helpful. She reminded the filing manager of my LLC and they completed it soon after. The state almost immediately approved my LLC after it was filed. This all took about 27 hours. Pretty good. I just wish they were better at communicating the first few hours.

I notified them in writing that I would no longer require their services. They continued to hassle me via email, insisting that I cancel my service through their online portal instead. When I finally went to do that, theyd been continuing to charge me for a business that had been dissolved four months ago and wouldnt let me cancel until I paid their fees. Unbelievable.

Not a bad service, however I prefer the lawyer or CPA route. Also there is a $39 and $40 service which is comparable if not better for OREGON LLC or CORP RA services

Have registered 3 businesses with them. Very friendly and honest over the phone before I chose them. Works really excellent when you are on a tight budget.
