Frank is the greatest! Called him before I went on vacation (first time talking to him) just to problem solve my issue and he was more than helpful (without even a concern of scheduling me in). I called him again upon my return and he said he was available the very next day or the following week and really gave me a lot of options for my fix, from a quick fix to a new unit. When he showed up (right on time) he diagnosed my unit and my needs and when I was looking at spending $5k, my bill was less than 10% of that and he was done in only a couple hours. BEWARE. He came and fixed a walk in cooler. It worked for a week and then stopped working. When we call him again and leave messages he doesn’t call back and didn’t show up to the second appointment we scheduled.
