I just moved in a week ago. I don’t know if the walls are very thick or maybe my neighbors are so quite, but I really hope it stays like that the entire time I’m here. The apartment is clean and spacious. Close to the shopping center (Target, In-n-Out, etc). Thanks to Mayra and Mariah my experience with the management was great during my move. So far I like it here!

I am hoping to soon be a first time renter and have been SO pleased with her help over the last few weeks!Mariah has consistently answered ALL my questions Ive had about documents, the application process, amenities and SO much more! I have bombarded her with a lot of questions and her help has not gone unnoticed.Thank you so much Mariah for your consistent help and advice! Friendly staff, great amenities, maintenance is quick and thorough, and there are plenty of businesses that are very close by. I moved in after arriving in Oregon two months ago and Im very glad I signed a lease here!

I had no problem with this place yes a train goes by but before you put in an application they tell you this to be honest its not as load as other seem to say it is i had no problem with washer or dryer at all remember this is brand new and its still under warranty which the apartment cant fix till the warranty ends they will have the company that sold it to come and fix it which i know it takes time the staff has been nothing but nice and explain everything if youre not paying attention that youre fault they will show you the apartment before you sign the lease to make sure you like it and love it still i love how peaceful it is other then the train which i dont mind but other will staff has shown nothing but respect to us and still does i love this place and wouldnt have it any other way and yes construction is still on going which seems to be at the end of it understand this is a brand new building and yes you will run into some problems all new building will but its nothing they cant fix

❌Racist❌ Anyone of color be aware. This is coming from a brotha.They will discriminate against you, at first they will be very nice to get your money. They are refusing to fix problems that they caused. Keizer Station Apartments will not fix faulty washer and dryer that leaked 5 - 10 gallons of water the first day of move in. They will also not fix the carpet they tore up. They try to remedy the problem by offering a hotel stay and $200 for Movers which I would love to know where to get movers to move you in and out for $200 please let me know. They will not pay for a storage shed either so pretty much they want you to pay out-of-pocket for something that is their problem.A train comes within 100 feet of the apartments which is very loud and I mean loud also Interstate 5 is within a couple hundred feet and Salem Parkway so the road noise is very annoying as well. Construction will happen all day and there is no stoppers on the doors so doors will Slam in your complex all day.Management is like dealing with a teenager they will steadily make up stories to try to back up their original lies.Let me remind you all this trouble happened within the first 48 hours.I would not recommend.

Our experience with the management at Keizer Station Apt has been nothing short of amazing. All individuals we have worked with have been professional and kind. More than kind, they have been empathetic and concerned. We moved in from out of state and the staff accommodated our specific needs, all the while, maintaining a level of professionalism that never faltered. Our actual apartment is beautiful and the layout is perfect. The only thing we found wrong and had to report was a bent track on a drawer, and they were quick to fix it as soon as we reported it. Unfortunately, we have found ourselves in a state of family emergency and are forced to leave this wonderful community. The staff has been such a bright light of help in a trying, dark time. They have made all efforts to ensure our transition is smooth and have soothed so many worries with their honest concern for our familys well being. Even the staff at Norris & Stevens has been wonderful to work with. They are communicative and professional and have exceeded every expectation I could have. I am truly grateful for the experience we have had with this complex and would highly recommend it to anyone.Thank you to the Staff at Keizer Station, from the bottom of our hearts.

My roommate and I were some of the first people to move into the Keizer station apartments and we love them!! It took us a while to find a great, spacious apartment, with everything we wanted. The office staff are always friendly, nice and quick to answer any of our questions and needs. The location is fantastic being right by the interstate, and all the stores right across the way in Keizer station! All of our neighbors are easy going and very friendly. I recommend Keizer station apartments for anyone. 😊

Im surprised Luxury isnt a part of the name of these apartments! These apartments are an amazing price relative to the market and the fact that they are literally brand new. The in-unit washer & dryer, microwave, and air conditioning are extremely convenient. The balcony patio and storage closet are a huge plus; Im excited to use it and the air conditioning in the summer! Im also excited for the swimming pool when the weather gets nicer. The fitness center is very nice for being at an apartment complex; they even have free-weights and an adjustable bench. Its also very nice to be able to have two pets here; and although I have two cats, the dog park will be a really cool perk for dog owners. Im big on recycling, and you can basically recycle anything here, unlike most apartment complexes. The appliances, counter tops, flooring, and carpet are all really nice. The vaulted ceiling on the third floor is awesome. Last, but not least, management has been amazing through the whole process. They have been very open to questions, and have been nothing but comforting and honest. They really make sure youre comfortable through the whole process. Im happy to call this place my home.

I love these apartments. The staff are extremely helpful and if you have a question they dont know the answer to, they always find it and get back to you within a couple of hours. They are definitely more luxurious apartments. I absolutely love how the real granite countertops match the cabinets and stainless steel appliances perfectly. There is so much cabinet space I still have empty drawers and Cabinet space! They are very pet friendly as well! I have seen a number of different sized dogs which I think is awesome! I would definitely recommend these apartments to others.

This is our first apartment as a family of 3 and we love it! It is very modern and spacious. Its also colorful, bright and cozy! The neighbors and staff are so friendly and helpful. The staff always responds and always has an answer! They provided an amazing welcome basket and made our moving in process quick and easy! I would recommend these apartments to anyone looking for a place to call home:)

Did some work up here..units look nice as does the grounds. Not sure id stomach the nickel and dime charge for Every thing under the sun from covered parking etc.Also feel like folks should know what they are charged by the cleaning crew they use, and they arent bottom bidding, thats what they will charge YOU for move out. It wont be covered completely by your security deposit.

We moved into Keizer Station Apartments in December of 2016 and it has been great so far! We have enjoyed settling into our new apartment home. The application and move was a smooth transition. The staff at Keizer Station Apartments have been extremely helpful since we initially contacted them. They are always responsive to emails and maintenance requests. We are looking forward to enjoying the pool and the other great amenities they have to offer as soon as the weather gets warmer.Update: You have to pay $25 a month for covered parking which is very unusual from what I hear. Since parking has been assigned open spaces are now limited and some covered spaces are unused. Their community center is only open until 5 pm, which makes it unusable for us that work. Our neighbors are friendly and we dont really hear them which is nice. I think parking is the biggest issue in my opinion.

The complex and location itself is quiet. Rent is reasonable. Only complaint is regarding the maintenance. Living in our brand new unit for a year, some settling cracks have been repaired and some haven’t. We also have patched walls that have yet to be painted and a bedroom door that doesn’t close. It’s hard to live in someplace with projects half done that we cannot finish ourselves.

Our recent experience at Keizer station apartments has been nothing but the best customer service! Our process was simple, fast and easy. Cant wait to move into our apartment soon. Really like the fact its dog friendly and a nice gym to get the summer body going :)

Lovely apartments! I have been staying here for about 8 months and I have enjoyed it entirely. The staff is helpful, the location is great and near stores I love, and the entire complex is very dog friendly.

Weve lived in these apartments for 3 months now and I love it here. Its a great community, the management team is very nice and helpful. The apartments are beautiful, spacious, and great for a family. Absolutely amazing!

My son, husband and I LOVE living here. We have been pleased with property managers before but every single person in the office is attentive, professional and kind. As for the questions about the train, our bedrooms face away from the train and we have never been woken up by it, but our toddler gets excited every time he hears the whistle during the day. We are so happy we decided to move here!

Living at the Keizer station apartments is like having your dream home in an apartment. Its spacious and beautifully laid out. The granite countertop with the wonderful cabinetry space and all the stainless steel appliances makes being in the kitchen a wonderful part of the day. I would recommend this place to everyone.

Newly built apartments, with variety of amenities and a fresh look. The previous property management company was absolutely worthless, losing documents and asking us to come back in to re-sign things, failing to complete repair requests, didn’t supply two mail keys as per terms of the agreement and when I asked about it they said “oh well, you can get another made”. We’ve had a vehicle broken into once already, the car park floods during heavy rain, the retirement place next door guarantees sirens at all times of the day, it’s very close to the train tracks that you’ll often hear the train going by, blowing it’s horn and now there is construction behind our building for who knows what. They did recently get taken over by a new property management firm, which seems slightly more competent, but for the premium you pay for new apartments I’m not impressed.

Most un-user friendly Complex we have ever lived in.Hours are not Worker Friendly hours for people that work.Its all for show, no go.. no homeyness.Gym is always off limits.Oh.. And if something breaks, of theirs, they tell you up front, you many have to pay for the repairs.. What other apartment complex does this ???And one of the reasons they are getting great reviews, is they offer money or drawings to tenants that post nice things.

We moved into Keizer Station Apartments in December of 2016 and it has been great so far! We are so happy to call this place home. The process was quick and easy! A huge plus for us is that staff are very quick to respond to email. We had a couple of maintenance requests and they were taken care of in a timely manner. We live on the 3rd floor and love our vaulted and high ceilings. The kitchen cabinets and granite counter tops are lovely as well. Last, we were impressed to see 2 gentlemen working on a day it snowed (Saturday/Sunday). It looked like they were laying out de-icer. Kudos to them!

This place is amazing! Great management and amenities. Plus the apartments are modern and comfortable.

My son and I have now been living at Keizer Station in an upstairs three-bedroom for approximately ten months. I can say without reservation that this is the best apartment living experience I have ever had. The apartments themselves are luxurious, with huge kitchens, granite kitchen countertops, stainless steel appliances, beautiful cabinets (and so many of them!), large pantry and that beautiful vaulted ceiling - I never get tired of walking into my apartment when I come home from work and just being bowled over by how beautiful this apartment is. The neighbors are great, everyones pets are well-trained and adorable, and the staff are extremely professional, efficient and friendly. They are truly a pleasure to rent from. There is only one not-so-great thing - and that is the slamming doors. Theres no stopping/slowing mechanism on the doors and when people dont manually (and gently) close them, they slam shut loudly. However, the many, many positive benefits to living here clearly outweigh dealing with a few slamming doors. To summarize, this place is just the best. It really is.

I love living here! We downsized from a 3 bedroom house to a 3 bedroom apartment here, and 100% honestly, I prefer living here!I am on the second floor, so I have someone above me, someone below me and someone to the side. I havent heard much noise coming from anyone- and the noise I have heard hasnt been loud at all. One of my neighbors has a small dog, and I can only hear it if it is barking when it is dead silent in our house, and even then I have to strain to hear it. These buildings are built to be quiet! Our apartment building is very close to train tracks, I-5 and Salem Parkway, and I was honestly very anxious about the noise and vibration coming from the trains before we moved in because I have an infant. We actually almost moved to a different older complex because of it, but I am so glad that we chose to move here because the noise doesnt bother me or my two young children one bit, and the vibration is virtually nonexistent. Its actually fun watching the trains go by with them! I got one to honk at us today. I was way too excited about it.Aesthetically, these apartments are gorgeous. The ceilings are very high, the kitchen is gorgeous, the showerheads are made to accommodate giants, and the layout is nice and open. The floors are high quality, the appliances are attractive and function well- the apartments in general are definitely nicer than any other apartments Ive seen in the area, and weve looked at a LOT of apartments.As far as the staff goes, I havent had any issues, and they have been incredibly professional, kind and helpful with every single inquiry Ive had. We have needed one repair so far, and it was taken care of immediately. They even left us a little care package when we moved in with a ton of coupons that will actually be useful for businesses at Keizer Station, and a succulent, which I somehow killed within a week because Im bad at plants. :( Anyway, the complex is always clean, and I havent seen any weird people around. I feel safer here than in my old house (which was actually in a very nice neighborhood in South Salem) because it is comforting knowing that there are people within close range.All considerations made, I cant imagine anyone being unhappy living here. Except for that brief moment when you realize that you killed your succulent.

I posted this review about a year ago. We just renewed our lease. Still love the apartment. The staff has been easy to work with. We love the option of renting a dedicated covered parking space. The only problems weve had were from other renters who were not following the rules. And those were handled promptly by the staff. Keizer Station Apartments are a great place to live.**************************************************************************When we moved back to Oregon, we knew we wanted to stay in Keizer. And we had some very specific needs for the apartment because I work from home.We chose Keizer Station Apartments despite the fact that there wasnt even a model to look at because the apartments were still under construction. But the floorplan posted on Facebook looked like what we needed. It came with a washer & dryer, air conditioning, a community pool and weight room, and had the extra bonus of easy access to I5 and to Keizer Station.We finally viewed the apartment a week before we moved in. We were excited to measure where wed put furniture. Then we walked in. Not only was the apartment what we needed, but it was larger than we envisioned and the finishings were amazing! The kitchen cabinets, the doors, the flooring, the windows, the baseboards . . . everything was beautifully done and of high quality.Our apartment is quite functional and so beautiful. The management staff is friendly and responsive. The amenities are great. Were so happy we found Keizer Station Apartments! Its a pleasure to live here.

Cant wait to move in at the end of this month! Apartments are so cute and perfect! Also love the fact that theyre in an amazing neighborhood, with close/easy access to I-5 and stores around. They have a 24hr maintence number and gym, also an after hours number to get ahold of management incase of an emergecny. I cant WAIT to use the pool in the summer! Staff is so helpful, and want you to genuinely love your apartments. They arent pushy at all. This is my first time moving out on my own and its been the best experience ever. Love love love !!
