I have rented cars and vans from Ed & Jen at U-Save for years. Rentals have been for both business and family trips.The staff is always friendly, the paperwork and the vehicle have been ready when I arrived. I appreciate the fact that one of the staff has always gone to the vehicle with me to discuss any existing scrapes or dings, and assisted with any questions I had about operating the vehicle.And equally important, the rates are great, I have never felt I paid too much for the vehicle I had and the miles driven. I wouldnt rent from anyone else, and would unconditionally recommend U-Save in Keene.

I needed a car as my transmission went in my own car and a new one is being put in. Ed and Jen were so easy and pleasant to work with, I am so grateful they could understand more time needed for a rental and with no hesitation accommodated my needs even on a day before Christmas! The car I am renting, I feel safe and in any weather that may drop as we do live in New England! I have noticed (not mentioning name) a bigger chain here in Keene, have hidden fees, and push you to buy this, or that, have you look the car over, sign and drive off with something as big as rattling, play in the steering wheel, bumpy ride. I am not saying all the cars as I have not had them all. But enough. If you are looking for honest down to earth car rental owners, and a safe ride.. I say call U-Save!Thank you so much for your help when I needed it!

Great staff to get you on your way

To say the least they wasted an entire days drive for me.I was denied because my insurance address did not match my driver licI pay my bill online so an address change is a 5 minute change but USave still declined the rental.Keep in mind that we talked and emailed for about 3 weeks about me renting long term.So sweat the small stuff and lose business. I was very upfront that i just relocated to NH and needed a car for my job.Keep in mind i was asked the followingEmail your insurance policy ( done)Email your driver lic (done)The driver lic is personal info. Is it sitting on your desk? Trash can?For the amount of time you wasted you truly still had a i dont care attitude.
